It was a nice hotel. Staff was nice. The only problem I had with the hotel is the room that I purchased. They ran out of and they gave me a room that just looked into a alleyway after I paid for a view on the side of that everything else was good

The electronic lock to the door was broken and they didn’t have an engineer to fix it. There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the hallways and the room. Workers were fully renovating two other rooms on our floor and it was very loud with drilling and hammering. Overall not a pleasant experience.

We were given the last room they had. No TV, no locks on the door, no a.c., Rummig toilet. And all they wanted to doscpunt was $29.00. A joke. No one should stay here.

Check in took forever. First no one was even present at the counter and lined built up. Finally someone showed up and while checking someone he was texting. Next the room the paper cups had stains in it. All the ice machines are broken and elevators were occupied by staff. So people had to use the stairs. Definitely not worth the money.
