Room was literally at the front entrance of the hotel so could hear every guest coming and going. Unable to open shades/curtains bc there would be zero privacy. Mattress was super uncomfortable and bedframe was very noisy any time we even rolled over. Not a great night’s rest in this particular room but bathroom was updated and very clean and the staff was great. Have stayed here before and the room was better but still a fair amount of street noise

For a budget hotel, it’s just fine. Great location. No elevator (5th floor). Share private bathroom with another room. Weak Wi-Fi. But the area is great, the room is clean, cozy and quiet, and the no front desk check-in was smooth. If want to save $200 per night for restaurants and activities, this is your place.

Very nice staff at the hotel! The property is great, but there is no lift. Btw, you can always rely on staff, they will help you to lift you luggage.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. This was a nice room with high ceilings, refrigerator and microwave. Close to metro and anything you need. I will stay here again.

The hotel is what you pay for. For the price (expensive but compared with other options one of the cheapest offers in Manhattan) it delivers. The rooms are a little bit tiny but really cute.The location is amazing. Overall I liked my stay a lot. The issues were that i found a cockroach on the bathroom and the fact that you don’t always have staff to help you at the deskfront is annoying.

Our stay was excellent. The staff were super helpful. The room was actually bigger than I expected. We had a private washroom. Location is great. Easy access to transportation. AC was very strong and you can easily adjust. We had mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in our room. The only issue for some is there is no elevator. But it did not bother us. The staff helped carry the luggage up. May be an issue if you are a senior or have health issues. Our room was on the top floor. We will stay here again in the future. .

I want my money back!

Oh boy, I’m not sure where to start! Firstly, I was on the second floor and there is no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up and down 20 steps. When I got to my room, I quickly realized that I didn’t have a bathroom as it turns out the bathroom was shared with another room. To make matters worse, there were two drawers in the room in the bottom one didn’t open. Last but not least, there was no window in the room, which is illegal in New York City.

I stayed here trying to same money and I regret it

I bet homeless people sleep better outside than you will on one of these beds. There’s no elevator either, and the front staff m is very rude and dismissive.
