House was ok. Not very clean, several personal belongings left in the house. Items from past guest still at the house next to one of the beds. Carpets and floors had big clumps of hair throughout and window sills had dead flies and were dirty. Good size property though and good for accommodating large groups.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. Other positives were the pool, size of house and beds were plentiful and comfortable. Some safety issues were the in ground trampoline needs some serious work, the stairs to the playhouse are very poorly carved out as are the stairs to the pool. The inside refrigerator would not get cold after we put our food in it so we had to move it to the outdoor kitchen. Two of the bedrooms had a window and a slider door that didn’t lock. Also we went in July in 100 degree weather. The house was at 90 degrees when we arrived and it took all night to cool down. Wasn’t a pleasant first night. I left a private review to Vacasa who I rented it through with no response.

Murohys

Called re soaking wet room downstairs. Took over 20 minutes on hold. Poor communication. Had to stay in unit while crew cleaned and tried drying floor. Never dried enough to use. Called re hot water not working. I had to search and repair myself. Took an hour.

Fun for the whole family

This place was the perfect place to stay with busy kids (4-7). Everything we needed was there plus more. Close to the fairgrounds for whatever event is happening. Clean and comfortable.

My family and I had a nice relaxing weekend. This property is in a rural secluded area yet 4 minutes away from community park, many dining options and YES shopping! Also, the property was spacious with all the amenities and a PERFECT outdoor kitchen.

Fun Family Time

We had a great stay, just a few small things could change. The AC turns off on its own at night and during the day. It was way too hot in the house when that happened.(that was our biggest complaint). The outside fire pit was out of propane, so that was a bummer. The pool area steps are a little sketchy and it could use another umbrella for more shade. My husband and brother had to fix one umbrella. There are 2 large rusty brackets (maybe from the old pool ladder) that stick out and we got a few scrapes from. The downstairs bunk area we don't think was cleaned enough before our stay because we found a few very large spiders. The outside kitchen had leaves everywhere, soda cans left over, 2 by four wood, a weed wacker wire left on the counter. etc. We cleaned it up when we got there. Other than that we loved the huge kitchen, living room and inside dining area. The outside kitchen was so nice for us to all hang around at. Loved that food net protectors were provided and a large bag of ice in the outside freezer was a nice touch. (maybe someone left it over but it would be a nice touch if that's the case) Kids enjoyed the pool of course. We definitely want to come back and try it again, just hope its a little more tidy next time.

Great place for a large group

The property is very spacious. It has a lot of play areas and toys for kids on site that include a downstairs sleeping area / play area, outdoor kitchen / dining area, and outdoor play house. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment for on-site meal prep. The property is a very short drive to Downtown Murphys. The few hiccups we had were a very weak water supply for the washing machine and a thermostat that was locked in heat mode. The property manager quickly came to resolve this issue, so it was a minor inconvenience. Overall it's a great place to host a large group.

Perfect family getaway!

What a cool house with beautiful outdoor areas! You almost feel like you’re glamping. My 2 kids loved the bunk room, toys and outdoor playhouse and trampoline. We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 40th and had a lovely family dinner on the patio followed by outdoor games on the lawn and drinks by the fire. The next day it was sunny and we hung out by the pool and I’ve never been in such scenery in a swimsuit. It was very relaxing! The sunset from there is beautiful. It is super duper close to town (just not that walkable) which is fine. Our caterer loved the place and now wants to stay there too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun family trip to Murphys!

Murphys Ranch Hide-Away

The Wildcat Ranch is a large home with a nice kitchen which extends on to the back patio into a large outside kitchen with a huge pizza oven. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking both indoors and outdoors, and the large projection screen in the family room was a bonus for watching movies. We enjoyed the pool both during the day and in the evening, as it was hot the week we stayed. Oh, and the location to downtown Murphys is perfect!! We went downtown to shop, eat and to Ironstone Vineyards for a concert. We hope to return to the Ranch again.

Wildcat ranch

We had such a great experience and amazing time at the wild cat ranch! I would definitely use this home again for future trips to Murphy’s! Everything was so beautiful and a great kitchen indoor and outdoor!

Nice house for our weekend stay.

Very close to town and nice quiet property. Good for large families with great outdoor kitchen. We weren’t clear that the only heat was wood stove. However in looking at listing again we did see that. . There wasn’t any dry firewood available and it was a bit cold. We did find bd ample blankets though. If our stay had been longer, it would have inquired on how to get the stove going. All in all a nice stay and we would recommend.
