One star because manager comped us parking and a voucher for the restaurant for the “inconvenience”. We booked an ocean view room and ended up in a room that overlooked the highway and Home Depot. Additionally, they charged me AGAIN for the stay despite me prepaying on Expedia. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement. Beautiful location but do yourselves a favor and stay elsewhere. What a hassle to stay in a less than mediocre room. None of this has ever happened to me before and I’ve traveled extensively.

So lets start with when we got there it was after 5pm and the room was not ready and had to wait about 45mins to get one. Then they charge you a deposit $250 incease you break something in the room , after that they charge you to park $50 plus tax nightly and then they tell you the gum, smore kits, pool, sauna, and offer you a glass of wine when checking in saying its "complimentary" then charge you $25 plus tax for amenities and when ask to explain they tell you everything they said was complimentary $25 amenities fee which is per night as well. Kind of ridiculous and my room looked nice but the bed and pullows were horrible we ended up with 4 pillows each and still not comfortable. The staff was nice.
