Excellent property, and ownership/management

We stayed for combined birthday celebrations that aligned with EDC and the property and management of were amazing. They were very hospitable and attentive. The place fit our large group perfectly with plenty of space to have conversations, music, and all around fun. Almost didn’t need to leave to go to the strip, or elsewhere!

Family Reunion

Property was better than it looked online! Great facility.Owner was there for checkin and info. Two outside fireplaces stocked with wood. We splurged and had the hot tub (realy a small pool) activated. May have been the highlight of the trip! We had 13 adults. All had own bedrooms/bath. Slam dunk recommendation!

Wonderful Stay for Big Family Group

Our family rented the property for our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary weekend. It was perfect for our large group of several families with kiddos ranging from 1 month to 19 years. Everyone loved the outdoor space, both the huge hot tub and the pool were used everyday.The hosts were kind enough to let us have a larger catered event for family not staying at the house- which there was a building that worked great for an indoor/outdoor dinner.The hosts were also very responsive to our questions and concerns. And we liked the distance to the strip, not too close and not too far.If we return to Vegas we will definitely rent again.

Zen Resort Life in Vegas

Amazing place. We used a caterer to make the experince more relaxed! Photos do not do the property justice. Perhaps a drone can use photography to relate the scale of 2 swimming pools, a huge hot tub, water features, quiet spaces, outdoor sports spaces and TV, etc.

Simply Amazing!!!

Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have face towels- Richman instantly went to the store and bought 25. I travel a lot and have done many home rentals all over the states and in other countries and this has to be top 5. I visit Vegas a lot and can’t wait to return to Zen paradise. Pleeeease stop searching and looking at other properties, this is your sign to BOOK THIS ONE NOW!!!

Large Family Christmas Gathering

It was not easy to find a place in Las Vegas where 24 people could stay together comfortably. Zen paradise did not disappoint. Everyone had a bed to sleep on, plenty of different areas to have meals and tranquil setting for relaxation. Our family loved the pickleball court and large hot tub! So appreciate, Andre, Richmond and Kerry for their quick response to our questions, needs and concerns. This was a perfect place for our family.

Amazing Vegas haven

We went for my buddys bachelor party with a group of 19 and had ample space for everyone, both indoors and out. The accommodations are comfortable, the outdoor space is incredible and the hosts made every effort to make our experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Would certainly come back for the next one!

Great House for Large Groups

Had a fantastic stay with a large group for a Vegas Birthday party. Property has an especially outstanding pool and outside area for sitting and talking. Check in and out were smooth. Owner was very accommodating. My only small issue is the listing notes the distance the strip as 0.6 miles. But it is actually 4 miles. We were hoping to be able to walk to the strip. Still it was easy to get Ubers and move even our large group to the strip. Overall, still a 5 star experience and we would stay here again. May plan another trip in 2024!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time! Richman was a great host and very responsive when we had water heater problems. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and the pools. We could have used more counter space when trying to prepare meals for our family of 15. An island would be great in the kitchen. We made good use out of the two long dining tables. We'll have great memories of Zen Paradise!

Retreat in the middle of Vegas

My bachelorette weekend was amazing. The property is beautiful and was the perfect set up for me and my friends. There were a few issues we needed help with and Richman was on top of it and always quick and easy to communicate with. The coffee machine wasn't working so we bought a new one and he paid us back for it. The guest before probably from rhot to say something. It happens but that was a great example of him helping us so quick. Cleaning could have been better and Richman will address that too. There are some updates needed, like new cousins for the outdoor couches and sun bed loungers. She let us know those are arriving soon. Overall we had an incredible time and made some great memories. Thanks for everything Richman.

Perfect property for our wedding

The owner was an excellent communicator and quickly addressed any of our needs. The property was spacious, comfortable, and relaxing for our party staying and visiting during our event. 15 family and friends stayed on the property, and our wedding/reception had 50, not including service staff. At no time did anyone feel crowded or uncomfortable. Spacious parking and accessibility options were excellent attributes. Versatility was great also, as we had several options on where to hold our ceremony, reception and catering/bar area. We would recommend this property to anyone considering the same type of event.

A Perfect Stay

Went for a friends outing with a bunch of buddies. The location is large and could accomodate everyone. As the planner of the trip it is always nerve racking getting the VRBO and hoping everyone else likes it. Everyone had nothing to say but positive things after the trip. Was easy to go to and from the strip. Communication was easy. Would stay again!

It is the best property to stay for a large group.

This property is quiet relaxing and very much comfortable for big groups! There were so many special touches for guests. The amenities were well thought and appreciated. So, thankful for Richman for making our visit extra special. We definitely would love to come back!

Great place for a large family gathering in Vegas

Had a Thanksgiving family gathering in Vegas and this property was great. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and nice outdoor space with multiple pools. Conveniently located near the strip and airport. Great communication with hosts who are very accommodating!

Amazing group rental for our wedding weekend

Rented this place for our wedding weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect! Plenty of space and bathrooms for our guests. Shampoo and body wash were included along with two towels per guest. Made use of the outdoor lounge area, pool, and speakers. Everyone had a fabulous time and the host couldn't be nicer. Only 15 min from the Strip.

A fun, relaxing place to stay.

We hosted our wedding party (~15 people and 1-year old) at the property for 3 days. We had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we found ourselves using the common areas a lot, which was our goal. The open kitchen worked well for our group, though I think with any more people than that it might have been a little tight. The property was clean and ready for us when we checked in, and Andre was available throughout our stay for whatever needs we had. The rooms were comfortable and the individual bathrooms per room were a big help.

Very accommodating/attentive

Andre helped my family get acclimated with the property and helped out as much as possible. He was very helpful when issues came about and fixed issues ASAP. Only downside was not being able to use hot tub during entire visit but we ended up going out to enjoy Fremont St before we left. Most definitely would come back here.

Had a reunion with college friends

Excellent location. Had a great time with friends, there is so much place to enjoy food, drinks and mingle. Outdoors are just too good! You can’t find a better host! Accommodated so many of our requests including a late late checkout due to a delayed flight for a couple of folks.

Great Zen Paradise Experience!

The property is all that it seems online - tons of space for a great guys weekend. The property management was working out one or two minor kinks, but they had the place ready, pools cleaned and stocked with most of what we needed for a fun long weekend. The house is a full 15 minutes via can/Uber from the Strip or Fremont Street, so know you’ll be doing that, but it was nice to be off the strip for some down time and a great place to hang out in a big group.
