Checked in and was upsold for the “new” towers and the rooms looked older than the older rooms. Told they didn’t have enough king rooms that they book out for so was offered 2 double queen bed rooms. So we felt like we only had option to upgrade to get a king bed. Was told multiple prices for the upgrade and felt like they were just trying to sell us. Offered $75 credit a day but only able to use it one day. Ended up being charged $900 when we could have stayed at a nicer hotel for less than or comparable to the same price on the strip. Elevators weren’t working. Had to wait 15 mins to go up and down. No shower pressure and bathroom sink didn’t drain. We would never stay here again.

Nice place. Way expensive. No free breakfast. Didn’t appreciate getting bamboozeled into listening to a 2 1/2 hour timeshare presentation. I guess it is Vegas. And that’s the westgate buisness model. Barry Manilow concert was good.

Went to see the amazing Barry Manilow. Staff friendly and helpful. Room a little run down. Food very expensive but good. No coffee maker in room but coffee shop handy. Not happy that you are immediately approached upon arrival to try to trick you into sales pitch. I avoided but suspect for timeshare.
