Originally we were put in the Central tower. It was old and had a overwhelming smell of smoke. The staff was nice enough to move us to the North tower. It was remodeled, very modern, never been smoked in from the past.

Room did not look anything like viewed on Expedia. We reserved two rooms with king bed and received two rooms with two doubles. Saturday night room charge was $800,00 per room per night plus resort fees. In my opinion this is obscene for Las Vegas for this type of room and absolutely not worth the price. Spoke with management and asked for anything, like perhaps a free drink coupon, anything at all that we could suggest would be a good faith effort to make a happy customer. Assuredly, anything to empathize with our position would have been appreciated. They blamed "Third Party", in this case Expedia. I have stayed at the Westin on many occasions for decades. We will not be returning.

Great affordable hotel option

Only needed a place to stay overnight to fly out in the morning. Check in was a long line, took about 30 minutes. its an older hotel, but still nice, quiet, comfortable, and has easy access to the airport. $10 a day in and out parking is very nice as well.

We didnt expect that dining close early. Everytime we get home pass 9pm and no dining and no room services for food. We thought its a casino and dining was at least 20 hours like some casinos.

I had booked this trip 7-8 months in advance for my daughter’s volleyball tournament for 3 nights Thurs-Sunday. We had asked to adjust our trip 1 night instead of checking in Thursday- to check in Friday. When we showed up they had cancelled our entire trip and were sold out. Very in convenient for my family and I to pay top price to get a last minute hotel that was twice as expensive and also 15 minutes away from the convention center. I would never recommend Westgate to family or friends for the lack of empathy or help in our situation. They were cold and turned their backs on us. Nobody wanted to help us or deal with the issue of them cancelling our trip with no heads up.
