Retreat to your private enclave featuring a lavish marble bathroom with a rejuvenating jet tub. Indulge in panoramic views from the balcony and surrender to the essence of a Vegas getaway in this fully remodeled suite on the 39th floor!

$100 per day security deposit up to $500 will be collected upon check-in by hotel staff.

Located just minutes from the iconic Las Vegas Strip.

Resort includes on site parking. Ubers/Lyft and taxis are available on the casino level

Property includes 1 king bed and pull out couch, a bedding set for the pull out may be provided upon request for an additional $50 fee.

Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional $40 per night per guest will be added for more than 4 guests. Rollaway bed service is available for an additional one-time fee of $80.
No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds.

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $199.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items
5. Front entrance monitored by ring doorbell camera for guests security
