The rms are large which is nice but they don’t put water or any other extra amenities. There was a water leak coming from somewhere because party of my carpet was wet when I checked in. My socks got wet and everyday the carpet got more wet. I called and finally got to speak to a real person and that wasn’t easy. I told her the situation and she said engineering would contact me to go take a look but that never happened. I’m guessing it coming from the shower somehow because the shower is on the other side of the wall where carpet kept getting wet.

Parking, casino, elevators, hallways by rooms, all smelled of pot. Smell makes me sick. Spent as much time as possible away from hotel. Security and staff did not care at all. No mid level restaurants. Mall food, or high end places are all i could find. Tried twice to get to the pool. Both times it was closed, once at 430pm, once at 6pm. Posted hours are open to 7pm.

Line took forever to check in, it wasn’t their fault they had some people just going back and forth with the people at the desk, then an old lady just cut the line and started talking to one of the desk people. When I got to the desk it took me around 5 minutes at the most to get my room. The room was clean and new. For the price I’d go and stay there again just because I have season tickets to the raiders and it’s close to the stadium
