Valet is pricey but helpful. Ive preferred this stay the last 3 years but this recent visit was very underwhelming. We were not rreated with the same service and respect wed come to know. We were were met with a dirty room. A microwave out of service and harassed by the security over a tripped hair dryer very brief outage. They were short staffed and it showed. Although they did check in and do what they could and were accommodating for my booking arrangements, it really wasnt a good stay this time around. Hair in guest blankets. Trash behind dressers, someones garments behind the phone desk. Mind you we waited for early check in 4 hrs. Vanessa. Michelle a. And latrice in customer service were awesome staff and very accommodating. The overall stay wasnt good though. Felt like i wasted my money.

My room had a pull out sofa bed- the springs were broken so my son slept on the floor and we had to wait almost an hour for the bedding that was supposed to be in the room. Then I had asked to add a night when I checked in but when that day came, I didn't have a room. I had to pack up, check out, put my luggage in storage and book another room through expedia. Was not the best trip. Location is excellent though.

Great location just 1/2 block off the strip. No huge casino to walk through to get to your room. Staff was very courteous, room was clean. Loved having a kitchen so we had breakfast in the room every morning. Target with a grocery store is 2 blocks away. Rooftop pool is awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to the strip and the T-Mobile Arena. I was pleasant surprised with the hotel and the staff. The rooftop pool looked great though our time frame didn't permit us to actually enjoy it.

Just cross through the parking lot and you are on the strip. Great access to everything, and super central. Prefer this condo style to a hotel room as the fully stocked kitchenette was amazing. The store downstairs is super expensive, but other than that 10/10
