Our room was recently updated it was great! Staff was very friendly. We were on tower 2 floor 23 there was construction on floors 16&17. Construction noise in our room was maybe on a scale from 1-10 maybe level 3-4. Nothing too obnoxious. We enjoyed the location. My husband didn't enjoy having to go through the sale presentation for 90mins. That's about the only negative from our stay.

Staff was very attentive. The king bedroom suite was very spacious, well stocked and very clean. It was difficult to get hot water in the shower. The last day, I figured out that you have to push on the faucet handle as you turn it and it then worked.

This is an updated hotel, clean spaces and rooms. Hotel is quite at night and beds are comfortable. Bars services and area was nice. Coffee and food was good and convenient! I would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Room was clean, staff friendly. regarding the amenities, several towels in our bathroom were threadbare and scratchy, not plush and soft like I've had at other Hilton establishments. I held towels up to the light and they were thin, worn, scratchy, and pocked with small holes and thinning sections...very inferior. I probably should have just called for replacements, but feel you should be aware.
