This was a fabulous place to stay. It was roomy and comfortable. Clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was great, the grill cook (a young guy) was fantastic. The bartender Tuesday and Wednesday night, she was so very nice. Short dark hair. The front desk people were also great. Thanks for everything! Nan Witham

AC system was too noisy. I turned off, but other rooms ACs were bothering me too. The Hotel didn't let me to have a guest during one breakfast and charged me $21 (I'm a silver member of Hilton). The conditioner was empty and it was not refilled along my stay.

I booked two nights, paid for two nights, and got there and they had no record of my Friday night booking, I had to pay $150 night just to have a bed. Then the hotel had a pipe burst in the middle of the night flooding our room and other and the hotel never offfered a discount or even a sorry we had to move you at midnight.

Staff is friendly, hotel in good conditions, cleaning is doing a great job. Two remarks: there was a patron argument and fight on Thursday night at 1145pm that lasted for a good 20-25 minutes in the common areas. Although the hotel is not responsible, I did not feel the staff was responsive. The rooms could use some updates for the bathroom.

Clean room and friendly staff! I reserved a room with a walk out balcony and the staff informed me she will put my family in a room with a view of the sphere and of the strip. First time my six yo has been to Vegas and her favorite part was seeing the view and how beautiful everything is at night. We enjoyed our weekend! Thank you, Embassy Suites!

The shower rod was falling off the wall and the shower leaked all around the bathroom. They had a plumbing issue in the next room and cut the water off in our room without notice while getting ready to shower. Then there was no hot water. When the desk was notified they acted like they couldn’t care less. The other days were ok and the staff for the morning breakfast were very friendly and helpful the entire stay. I will jot be back to this hotel and probably not any Hilton again if they can’t at least address the issue with me.
