When we arrived, the room smelled of vomit. We returned to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, and they would send somebody up to deodorize. There was no way we could stay in that room for the next 4 nights. We continued to work with the manager, until another room was found for us. That room was excellent, but on a lower floor. We had paid for an upgrade to a higher floor, and were downgraded, but were grateful to have a clean, safe, untainted room to stay in. If you have issues, be calm, patient, and persistent, and they will work to resolve your concerns.
