A true lake experience

The location was perfect. Walking out the door onto the sandy Kings Beach. Everything from paddle boarding and jet skiing is right there. The house had magnificent views and felt comfortable to be in. Excellent for a busy family that likes convenience

King's Beach Stay

Great property and location. Private beach access is great as King's Beach does get busy on a weekend.Only negative was that outside furniture was a bit untidy and could have been cleaned up a bit prior to our visit. Overall recommend the property.

Lots of stairs

No bathrooms on main floor and lots of stairs. The masters windows no curtains in the showers so be carefully not to give a show. The deck needs a good power wash covered in tree sap

King’s Beach Getaway

The views are incredible, whether from the primary bedroom upstairs or the living room or the deck, the lake and mountain views are stunning. Location is perfect for walking to coffee and restaurants and the beach is literally outside the front door. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. We cant wait to come back.

Perfect spot

We’ve stayed at this location a few times and are never disappointed. It’s perfect location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. You can’t beat the views and beach access. Everything we need is right here, without needing to worry about driving and parking. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 6.

Beautiful Location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Condo on Kings Beach. The views are spectacular from the Master Bedroom. The location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The air conditioning did not work for 2 days of our stay and it was very hot, but the property management was very responsive and eventually got the unit working.

Great Vacation Spot

We were in awe of the amazing view of Lake Tahoe right out of the living room and master bedroom windows. The beach was only steps away from the front door. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved everything about this home. We would definitely stay again!

Perfection!

The location is amazing. Right on the lake. Ample parking. Best pizza right next door. Beautifuly furnished and very comfortable. 3 stories so not good if stairs are a struggle. Perfect for a family. The master is huge and amazing on 3rd floor. 2 small bedrooms on main floor. Great deck off the living area.

Great place in North Tahoe

Lovely property right in the heart of King's Beach Lake Tahoe. The home had everything we needed, was decorated nicely, very clean, and the communication with us on rules and what to expect was perfect.

Owner very responsive!

This property as described. Great beach access and walking distance to restaurants. Upon check in with 2 hour grace period unit not ready with cleaning crew still there. Called owner who was very apologetic and offered some comp for inconvenience. We went out to dinner and when returned unit ready, owner there to make sure all well. Only downside is master on 3rd floor. Fine for us, could be challenging if mobility issues. Would definitely stay here again.

The views are absolutely amazing and the condo is very close to restaurants, grocery store, kayak rentals, etc. Steps away from the beach, just a beautiful and convenient place. The condo is as advertised, clean and comfortable. Natalie, concierge was so sweet and helpful.

Modern, Well Equipped and Perfect Location for Summer and Winter

The most impressed part is about the hot water for shower. We take showers in two bathroom at the same time and take turns after each other. The hot water was running hot enough without any temperature dropping. Strongly recommend it. Cookwares are enough for 5 people and cooked daily. Great location for both summer and winter. There were plenty snow covering the beach so we were able to sled on the snow. Super fun. All adults and kids loved it sooooo much. The property mangers were reasonable and willing to offer help. They replied message on time. Very professional and helpful.
