I like that wait time for shuttle transportation didn't was so long. I could wait inside do to very cold weather. They wait for me not only stop and leave, that was very convenient and nice. I came from international terminal 5.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room spotless and comfortable. Had a very early flight- trip to the airport was quick and on time. We left too early to get breakfast so they had a to-go bag for us. That was a nice treat! I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Room is clean. Not too quiet thou. You can still hear noise from the outside. They didn’t clean our room at all and we stayed for 2 nights. I didn’t complaints thou. Staff were ok. Not too friendly or helpful. Parking quite small. They need to put a ventilation in the bathroom to help get rid of the smell. Overall it was OK. Not bad. Not super great. Still come back but not too impressed. Maybe it’s just this location. I’ll try a different location next time.

The thermostat automatically changed its setting while we were asleep and we woke up very warm. It took a while to cool back off. Thermostats shouldn't override the temperature setting while you're sleeping. The shower floor wasn't firm.

A little expensive for a nice convenient hotel. Highway noise wasn't too bad. Best part was that the room was squeaky clean, and the shuttle got me to the airport just in time to make my flight.

The location is a little isolated from "things to do", but very convenient to the airport. The customer service was great. The front desk staff was very personable, friendly and accommodating - thank you!

Not your average hotel by the airport!

The staff were friendly, our room was very clean, the gym was well-appointed, and the pool and hot tub were great! I felt safe in my room and around the area. Breakfast had a wider variety of items than I expected, and the coffee was delicious :) The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet, too.
