"What stood out was the ambiance and our view from our room. Jon our bellman as we arrived was very accomodating, friendly and resourceful. He wouldnt let us help him with our staff. The other guys as we checked out - we waited for him to say something. He expected us to bring him or pass him our luggage. Wow. He wouldnt even come inside and bring out stuff. I had to ask my kids to help me and my husband. smh. Jon was better what a Belldesk staff should do. And yet that young man expected a tip after making us do his job. I swear he looked lazy and felt like making us rush. Room - it was really nice and clean. Furnitures was old and scratched off. Bathroom - I dont recall but it was clean. "

"From valet parking - they were very helpful. But once our cart got inside the lobby, it took awhile to bring it up. Inhad to call remind them. I get it, busy day since it was Valentines weekend. Customer Service - Checking In was easy. No lines and service was very quick. Staff was friendly. Lobby - It was really nice, I didnt spend much time walking around there but ambiance was nice. The Market - The Market is their convenient store and two way access near the elevator. Food was good. Wish they had other selection for hot breakfast. Room - Love our room. It was clean. View was beautiful. We really tired so not much to say. Oh bathroom shower was a walk-in which I loved. "
