Great service
Impossible rooms for anyone with more than an overnight bag. Staff surly and overworked. Other guests do not treat staff or property with respect.
Rooms are small but well organized. A little quirky: the bed had an attached wing-like side table, and the sink had a funny swivel stand for towels and amenities. There's an art deco feel to the place which I enjoyed.
Mosser is located a few Minutes from the Moscone convention center. The room was small (no big deal) it was missing a closet of sort where to hang shirts and pants and, in fact, there was one hanger only (I asked a few more to the staff).
Had a great stay, everything was clean, bed was comfortable! Would stay here again it's so close to everything!
The room really stunk!!
The hotel was simple and older to compared to others in the area which added more to its charm. The staff as friendly. The hotel was affordable, clean and followed Covid-19 preventive measure and the location was ideal to explore and connect to different parts of the city. I highly recommended!
Great location to get around the city. Lots of homeless. Room is very small.
The staff here were friendly! The building is old which is the reason I chose it. Do not let the age of the building fool you, the hotel is very quiet and the beds very comfortable. You are also right in the middle of downtown and you can walk to most C places. Highly recommended.
I liked the location.
Great staff, cute rooms. Biggest win was the location, minutes away from union square, the Westfield Mall, food, shops and BART. Biggest downside, no on site parking. There is a public parking garage that is very near, but it does cost a pretty penny. Great for travelers wanting to spend most of their time in the city. Worth getting a delux room with private bathroom.
The Hotel is nice specially for the price and location; /- 7min walk to Union Square. Check-In/Check-Out process was a breeze. They were very accommodating with a late check-out request. People complaining about the homeless, get real. The city has a well known housing problem and are practically everywhere; from Nob Hill, The Warf and Financial District to The Mission. Overall, had a great experience and would stay again.
In a good location also right next to Bart Station. Staff was very polite, room was clean and comfortable.
Will definitely book Again
Breakfast is not good - coffee and muffins. This is not on par with everything else this hotel is offering.
Simple, clean, perfect for an easy overnight or two.
I liked that the property was old and unique, however I was on the alley side of the hotel and was woken up every morning before 5 am because of delivery trucks loading and unloading. I did notice that they did provide ear plugs, but they never stayed in while I was sleeping. The mattress was hard and the pillows were flat.
Very small room for the price and noise from the street. Charles 57 dollars for parking. It’s crazy
This property is very close to a metro station and to Union Square. If you want to explore San Francisco then you are in a very good location. The area around the hotel is ok. I guess there are locations which are more worse where you don't feel that safe. The room was nice and clean. In the morning you can get a coffee and muffins.
