Decent room in undesirable neighborhood

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was worse than I had expected, and I felt uncomfortable walking around, even in daylight. You could hear lots of fighting and yelling from people out on the street even though I was on the seventh floor. The air conditioning system was difficult to get programmed to have cool air all night long. Noise between the rooms carried and I was glad I had earplugs so that I could sleep when our next-door neighbors were partying late at night.

Anyone with a family young or old this hotel/hostel is not for you. It’s lovely clean, but the rooms are to small you couldn’t swing a rat let alone a cat. I wish we had paid a little extra and stayed in another hotel. Find for an overnight stay but no longer.

Great place if you are just looking for a nice place to sleep. Very nice common areas. Stayed here for OutsideLands and it was perfect. I will be staying here again.

Great property! As can be expected from a big city, there were some unpleasant smells outside the building, but once you enter it is perfect. Great location, wonderful staff and very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Throughout the evening I asked for things and the staff was not accommodating. Specifically the TV didnt work, at all. Wouldn't turn on. We asked for assistance and no one helped. We needed batteries for the tv remotes and none could be offered. The rooms are extra small, so if you are little on the bigger side or even if there's more than one person staying in the room , you might want to reconsider staying at this place. There are no inroom telephones where you can communicate with the staff. So if you are on an upper level you are going to have to go down every single time, which is Not convenient. especially if you are needing toiletries and you need to get off the toilet or a towel out of the shower, you are screwed to being able to quickly call downstairs to call staff! Cleaning staff great Evening staff horrible

This property was great in the aspect of amenities, comfort, and staff. It isn't located in the best area but that didn't severely impact our trip, just be cautious. The rooms were nice and clean and there is a lounge with a fridge, microwave, etc which was super convenient.

There was a soft spot in the floor in front of my sink--like the subfloor was damaged and rather than filling it in, they just covered it with carpet. Otherwise the hotel was just what I needed and I'll probably stay there again next year.

Staff and facilities good. In a central location but very close to tenderloin where there is lots of homeless and fentanyl zombies who occasionally find themselves near the hotels front door that is kept locked
