It was my first time at the Found Hotel. Great price, Staff, building maintenance and great location. The are is a little noisy and there were some homeless around the entrance but the security was excellent. I highly recommend this place

Found was a good little hotel for our 4 night stay. Clean, nice staff, safe and convenient. The only downside was we had a front room and it was noisy at night sometimes. Other than we enjoyed it!! Would definitely stay here again! Our queen room was a little small but was perfectly fine for just ys 2 adulrs

On the last couple of trips I have gone on I have been digging these small rooms they feel so cozy to me. Pro's price and the kitchen area on the second floor. Con's the area is not great you may hear some yelling on a saturday night. Just be aware of that.

Got bad luck for 4 nights stay... about the room above us. The building is wood floor. It's so annoying all night and day sometimes. The room has funky smell. But everything is clean and we'll decorated. Some staff was nice also.

Wonderful hotel in a central location

5 mins walk from the BART / MUNI station in a central location. Clean, comfortable with great staff and very reasonably priced. The kitchen on the second floor is very handy and well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit SF!

Love the staff! But this location is very VERY small. The room size took me by surprise. I’ve NEVER stayed in a room this little. The walking space between the bed and wall is so small I have to turn to the side and shimmy through because the tv takes up walking space which is odd considering it’s mounted. Honestly the bathroom is the same size as the room The “lounge area” on the 2nd floor is also used as a break room for staff which makes it VERY uncomfortable for guests to want to go in and get what is needed. There is one shared fridge for the ENTIRE hotel. I’ve never seen anything like this. No phones in the room to call and ask questions to the front desk if needed. Not to mention the parking garage for this hotel is 2 blocks away! I expected more out of this stay. Small rooms and no amenities should be advised in the description prior to booking.
