Hotel Fusion, a C-Two Hotel

Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Room was smaller than expected, but was comfortable for one person. Restaurant and bar on site.

The hotel staff was great and the location was unbeatable for downtown conference experience at Moscone West. Very close to Powell St. BART station and good base for exploring city. The room was quite small and ironing clothes was a challenge in tight quarters. I used the dry cleaning service and turned in two jackets on Saturday morning with the expectation of receiving them Sunday evening, but they were not returned until Monday morning. Overall though, the experience was quite good and staff were very helpful.

Right in the heart of SF, 2 blocks from Powell station, (BART). 2 blocks from Union Square. Easy public transportation within 1-2 blocks: Cable Cars, Street Cars, Muni bus, & BART. Area seemed safe, day or night. Typical downtown homeless & schizo's, but nothing dangerous. Lobby & rooms have all undergone a recent renovation. Rooms & bathrooms are VERY small, but nicely appointed and everything worked perfectly. Don't expect views or a pool. (Our view was of the brick building next door, 8 ft away). No AC, but we just left the windows open and were quite comfortable. The staff was efficient, friendly, and always there to help with suggestions and directions. Things to do: Take the Muni bus, ($2.50pp), to Golden Gate Park and visit the California Academy of Sciences. Huge aquarium, planetarium, penguin show, butterfly/rain forest walk. Rent a bike through Groupon, and bike across the Golden Gate Bridge, then ferry back to Pier 1. See Beach Blanket Babylon, hilarious! Visit Alcatraz. (Book ahead on both these, they fill up weeks in advance).

Took aunts to sf n this hotel was n center of our waLk to trolleys n mall. Very convent n staff was very hospitable. Recommend to all family n friends.

The location is excellent! Our room was small but plenty for both of us. I'll return to this hotel

Location was good. Many places to eat nearby. A nice Walgreens around the corner for misc supplies. Staff was very friendly. Dislikes: Room are very small. I stay in many hotels and I haven't had small like this since I visited Japan years ago. Uses window air conditioners. Very noisy in morning. Woke me between 3am-6am every day. They need replaced. Friend had same issue in his room. Parts of building under construction, couldn't access fitness room. Restaurant only serving a limited menu, had to leave hotel for lunches. For part of a day the elevator didn't work.

Great stay great staff great room. Some minor construction but not during evenings. Lounge was closed but was hoping to try it. Clean room, awesome water pressure in the shower and Air conditioning that will actually run all night! Great experience overall will stay here again during future visits If budget allows.

A few months ago, I stayed down near Union Square in another boutique hotel and really enjoyed it, so I thought I would try Hotel Fusion. The front desk person when I arrived was pleasant, and they valet parked my car (for $55/night!). After the longest elevator wait/ride ever, I went to my room, which was comfortable enough. They had an aging bowl of candy bars on top of the small fridge, which contained $5 bottles of water. The shower was so tiny, and the door opened inwards requiring a magic act to get wet. The room was advertised with a free continental breakfast, but when I came down the stairs at just after 7am, I was told they were still getting it together. I just walked out the door to the excellent Walgreens around the corner and purchased coffee and food. The second day was the same, in fact I never saw a breakfast period, and the man at the desk in the am was not exactly chipper. All-in-all, the rooms were clean and pretty comfy though. My room was pretty quiet given it's downtown SF. The high point was their Infusion Lounge next door, which in the evening is a pretty good place for cocktails and a bite. The bartender and the wait staff were great, drinks and food were great. I actually watched the bartender dust the bottles in between a slow night. I had the best Moscow Mule and sliders with homemade frites with a super friendly helpful waiter. All-in-all, the Hotel Fusion seemed to be well-intentioned, but still trying to get it together

Hotel Fusion is in the heart of Union Square so there are lots of shops and restaurants within steps. Hotel parking is expensive but there are cheaper lots close by. The room was very large and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower! The wifi worked great and multiple devices were included. The staff was polite but not overly friendly or informed. Saturday night it got very loud on the street and we were awoken at 2 in the morning by partiers. But that is SF night life. Hard to avoid the noise no matter where you stay. All is all it was a good experience.

Small but cozy little room. Hair dryer didn't work and we didn't ask them to fix it as we were only there for one night and in a hurry. Decent breakfast service. Great location -- close to the BART and many good restaurants nearby

Used as a business hotel for a major international conference. Convenient to venue without being overwhelming. Room was spacious and well laid out.

The place is nice. It was close to everything in downtown. We took the cable cars to the Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown. We enjoyed our experience in San Francisco

This the first time in this Hotel, and Ibhave yo admit it was an outside experience . For sure I Will look for on my future trips

The hotel was a convenient walk from the Moscone center and near public transit, which were huge pluses. The only real downside was that our room was so small that it was difficult to move around in. The AC was also extremely noisy but the room was extremely warm without it. However, the room was clean and quiet.

Overall the hotel is really nice for the price. The room was a bit small but clean. The bathroom was updated and clean. The view was OK. Morning breakfast was pretty typical for this type hotel - pastries, bagels, coffee, juice, fruit, etc. The location was probably the best thing - very close to Powell St cable car, Union Square BART, Market St. MUNI. The staff were great - always nice and courteous. We easily walked to China Town, Yerba Buena, Moscone, Nob Hill, and much more.

They allowed meto check in at 7 am which was great. Hit up their continental breakfast and then took a nap.

This hotel gave me so much bang for my buck. Wi-Fi was wonderful, service was prompt and courteous, room was clean and comfy. The gym is really just a converted hotel room, but it had everything I needed- plus complimentary towels and water which was a nice added touch. The breakfast was convenient and simple. And the location was perfect for me- close to transportation and fun! I would definitely go back and recommend it

Good location, good room, good breakfast. I can recommend it to my friend.

Great location, some rooms are nice but some rooms disappoint. I would recommend staying here if you are staying only a night or two. A long stay may not be pleasing.

Rather than staying at the conference hotel, I opted to stay at this small, boutique hotel. The staff were wonderful - very polite and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. The rooms were, however, really small (partly expected in a big city boutique hotel), and my room was really warm all of the time (couldn't really adjust the temp). The breakfast was decent - continental breakfast foods and there was a small workout room conveniently located on my floor. Overall pleasant experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

See if you can fit in this shower - door opens inward :>|
