We are following all CDC cleaning guidelines before and after hosting every guest at our home. Your safety and keeping our home extremely clean is our #1 priority.
Our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home is comfortable and inviting to all guest from all backgrounds are welcome! This home is located in a quite neighborhood and is essentially located near The Duke Golf course, Ultra Star Entertainment center, Copper Sky and Harrah's Casino. Snow birds are welcome to stay to get away from the COLD weather and so are our Canadian neighbors. Our cozy vacation home is set for you to relax and enjoy the desert living.

Was just ok.. The toilet in the master br needs a new flush valve{it is loud}. And cars all over the street. Be careful when you back out of this driveway. The pool table is basically useless. So its just ok..

Our stay in Maricopa Az

The house was very nice and clean. It suited us well. We could not get in the house initially when arriving as we were given the wrong code. However ,we contacted the owner and he gave us the correct code. We were unable to play pool as the bumper cushions on each end were broke. Other than that our stay was delightful!

My home away from home

The house was beautifully furnished in a nice quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and towels fresh. High speed internet worked great, no issues at all. I would definitely rent this house again.

Fully furnished, convenient location

The property was clean, fully furnished, quiet neighborhood and would considered renting in future. One draw back is that the sofa and love seat are too soft and uncomfortable when sitting for any length of time.

A very nice place to stay away from home.

Although we have to stay in another house of the owner, because some misunderstandings about the date we were arriving, he was very cooperative and gave us another just in front on the street of the original one. That was very important for us because we needed to stay near our grandsons house. The owner was in constant communication with us about our needs. He provide us with written information about the Maricopa area in a binder that was in the living room. Our family had a great Thanksgiving week as we were at our own home. Sure I recommend this rental. Sure I"ll go again.
