Family vacation

Aunts, uncles, and cousins stayed in this lovely home. Layout of bedrooms/baths was perfect for our group. Kitchen amenities were appreciated - we had everything needed! Location was great for skiiers and non-skiiers. Close to the bus and gondola, walkable to the ski area. My husband and i dont ski, but took the free ride bus to the gondola down to main street each day to explore. Others skiied and loved that it was so close .

The house is large and open with great family feel. The kitchen was large and fun for our chefs! Beds were very comfy. Walk to Peak 8 lift or have someone with you drive you over to the lift.

This house is unbelievable! The kitchen has everything you could want or need plus more. The ski room was key for our family of 6. The rooms were perfect and family space was awesome. The location couldn’t have been better. Over all an excellent experience! I would HIGHLY recommend this house!

Great Vacation

This property was perfect for our group of 35-40 year old college friends. The house was a short walk from Peak 8 base and we were able to ski right up to the hot tub in back. Ski in/ski out was a big selling point for us, and this place delivered. Each room included its own bathroom and shower, which was a great feature for 7 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and had top of the line appliances. Downstairs was the jewel for our group because we could cook, play pool, and watch tv/movies all in one space while hanging out together. I recommend Saw Mill Run Retreat to anyone looking for a great place to stay while exploring Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. Not only will our group book another ski trip on this property in the future, my wife and her sister are already looking into bookings for the summer.

Great property! Great location to Peak 8. Only issue is WiFi and TV went out and management company didn’t respond until next day!! Very comfortable for our group of ten heated floors were awesome and the garage and mud room for ski gear was fantastic. Would rent this again for sure!!!

Lovely home

Short Trip but worth it!

We were only in town for a few day but we made the most of it. The house was wonderful, it was perfect size for 6 adults with room to spare. The kitchen has everything you could need! The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub each night and starring at the stars. This property was located very close to town, with lots of great restaurant options. I would highly recommend this property.
