To give our guests maximum peace of mind, we are committed to providing a safe and clean space. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and take the following actions: ➼ Thorough cleaning policies inside our condo between guest stays. ➼ We always have and will continue to use cleaning supplies recommended by the CDC. ➼ 100% of linens are laundered in between stays.
Our newly renovated (in 2019), condo is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom, 3rd floor unit with 12 foot vaulted, beamed ceilings at Now Colorado Condominiums. This bright 550 sq ft unit has windows on every outside wall, therefore, you have no side (or above) neighbors. It features 2 bedrooms, an updated kitchen, bathroom, and stylish furnishings. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, medium firm mattress. The 2nd Bedroom also features a queen bed and an elevated twin XL bunk. The Master is separated from the 2nd bedroom. Great for couples, family, or a group of friends looking for a mountain getaway with access to everything - sleeps 5 comfortably. The unit is only accessible by stairs (third floor). These stairs may not be suitable for young children and those with trouble with stairs. While the inside of our home is beautifully renovated, the outside stairs show its age in some places.
Off the living room is a private, spacious balcony with a gas grill and patio table for enjoying autumn dinners outside. There is a TV in the living room with Xfinity cable (and apps), a DVD player, and a large selection of DVD movies available to watch. WiFi is available and free!
For a worry free stay, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an eating area (table for 4). There is a full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. All dishes, utensils and cookware are provided. We supply all linens/towels/bedding for guests. Additionally, should you need it, we have the following on hand: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, soap, travel-size shampoo/conditioner sets, and first aid kit.
The Breck Free Ride (Gray Southside Route) is a free shuttle that stops RIGHT OUTSIDE the complex (Now Colorado stop). Whether you are catching a ride to the slopes for some powder runs or into town for shopping and dining, the convenience of this ride cannot be beat! This unit is approximately 1 mile from Main Street for those who wish to walk to town.
Parking is ✰FREE✰ and just outside the condo. Spots are first come, first serve, and usually available at all times. Avoid the hassle and cost of metered parking in town & the resort lots, which will charge you an additional nightly parking rate of $30-$50/night.
Breckenridge is a World-class skiing and riding mountain. Breckenridge, the town, is alive with events and festivals. No matter what time of year you visit, you will enjoy the friendly local vibe, mountain ambiance, and beautiful views. ➼ CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is anytime after 4 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM or earlier. Self Check-in and Self Check-out is completed via secure code. Code is provided upon reservation and is only valid for dates of stay. We are not always able to accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs, especially in the Summer and Winter months due to tight schedules. We will attempt to accommodate requests when timing allows, but our cleaning service requires at least 24 hours notice for such requests.
➼ PARKING: ✰FREE✰ parking is unassigned and located just outside the condo in the complex. Guests are allowed to park up to 2 cars with a provided parking pass.
➼ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: This condo will accommodate up to 5 guests. (Master: Queen & 2nd Bedroom: Queen + Twin XL)
➼ RENTER DAMAGES: Renters will be responsible for any major property damages incurred during their stay (inside or outside). This includes damages to linens. Any damages will be charged through Vrbo post reservation.
➼ CLEANING SERVICE: Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay. Condo does NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit on the property. Breckenridge has a laundromat off Main Street in town.
➼ ONE TIME CLEANING FEE: A one-time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for STANDARD cleaning, disinfecting the condo and laundering of linens. Our cleaning service will charge an ADDITIONAL FEE for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged through Vrbo post reservation.
➼ NON-SMOKING CONDO: Please no smoking within the condo. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking WITHIN the condo. Any smoking in the condo will be subject to a $250 fine through Vrbo post reservation. Smoking policy includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, etc. Smoking on the balcony or out front IS ALLOWED.
➼ NO ANIMAL POLICY: Unfortunately, we are not able accommodate animals for your stay. Any animals in the condo will be subject to a $250 fine through Vrbo post reservation.
