We arrived at 1:45pm. Front desk was checking in another person. When it was our turn we were informed that we were checking in REALLY EARLY (quite rudely). Seemed like it was a big deal. We said we would come back at 3:00pm. But we were given our room. Not a good first impression. If we were told sorry could you come back, no problem! It was the way she spoke to us. And why was the lady in front of us not told she was early? Orillia has many hotels, so we will just try a different hotel next time.

Hardwood floors need to be mopped now and then, floor was really dirty. Bed was very comfortable. Dump that is nearby is really smelly

The room and facilities were very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. It is unfortunate about the storm damage on the property but I’m sure it will be cleaned up.

Nice older hotel, very clean, excellent friendly staff. The bathrooms are very dated and need an upgrade. Also when providing breakfast, you need to make sure items are available right up to the end time and not start closing up 30-45 minutes early.

The toilet would not stop running. My husband fixed it. The snow was hard to get around outside, but understandable. Breakfast was okay. White bread only, no fruit available. Bacon and sausage available, no eggs. We were only staying one night, so it served it's purpose.

The room and washroom were very clean. The furniture and washroom looked updated and it had everything you could need - toiletries, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Nice size room and spotless! Very well maintained. Staff at front desk very friendly and willing to assist with restaurant recommendations.
