First off shout to Sergio. He was absolutely the best. I had an edible arrangement delivered to the hotel a day ahead of time, and he accepted it and put it away in the fridge and gave it to me the day of my reservation. I really appreciate that. The hotel was overall nice and big and spacious and close to everything. I have to be honest, the elevators are horrible. Long wait times, but it was probably because of mother’s day weekend of 2025. But definitely a bad situation. But im not going to ding the review because of that, but the hotel and staff were great.

I really like this property. It's feel like better home away from home .The property is clean and it's very quiet. The property is also not to far from the casino and the shopping outlet. Along with local stores.

This Property is under construction on every floor. I had to squeeze in the elevator many times with HVAC equipment and other fire suppression system change and it’s just was too much
