Want to enjoy being in downtown Annapolis, but on one of the quieter streets? If that sounds good, this is the place for you. Less than a one-minute walk to Gate 3, two minutes from St. John's College and only three blocks from the State House, this 3 bedroom (two queen, one full-size)/2.5 bath home is a charmer. Built in 1867, the house has some of the original features, but also features a newly renovated kitchen and master bedroom suite.

With Main Street, the City Dock and the Rams Head Tavern less than a 10 minute walk from the house, and the Naval Academy right across the street, you can go everywhere you want when you want. Don't miss the Maryland Avenue shops or Galway Bay, the best Irish pub in town and only two blocks away!

Parking: If you know Annapolis, parking can be a challenge. Cars are restricted to 2 hour on street parking. Please locate the nearest parking garage for your stay at www.annapolisparking.com. The Calvert Street Garage has free parking on Weekends and overnight from 6 pm to 6 am.

Fabulous Property and Unbeatable Location

Everything about our stay was spectacular. Just steps from USNA Gate 3, the location enabled us to just pop across the street for all the Commissioning Week events. No parking, but we did not need to rent a car at all. The home was very spacious and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. John could not have been more helpful and responsive. Hope to be back someday!
