They are remodellng so was a bit of a mess in the halls, but the room was fine.Location

Close to the Yuma Palms Mall and a host of restaurants to choose from, we deviated from our usual Yuma haunts to give Shilo a try. Although the halls were a bit dimly lit and the pool was heavily chlorinated, it turned out to be a good choice.

The room was clean, the handle on the bathroom door needed fixed, the rug when you walked it had lumps like it was coming up off the floor, we had to call maintainence twic once for the screen another for a huge bug, the staff was pleasant, if needed anything was ok doing in there time, would I stay again absolutely not unless something drastic changed

The hotel and rooms were very clean and serviceable. THe bed was very comfortable. THe breakfast was very basic but a real scrambled egg would taste better than preformed patties. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in working condttion. Also, I believe all of the carpets need either a good cleaning or replacing. Parking is rather limited.

The Hotel staff was great and helped us with getting our money back from Orbiz when we had an early sign out.

Very well positioned in the city of Yuma next to a shopping mall and restaurants. Staff were friendly and the room was very clean

Staff was very nice however the facility needs a ton of work. Carpet in the room was severely stained and buckling up. TV, although a decent brand, had a terrible picture. 2 queen beds in the room were different heights. Comforters and bed skirts very old and faded. Positives: towels were very nice and thick and great pressure in the shower. Also, continental breakfast was decent, more than just juice and muffins. Room had a cool pineapple lamp.

We needed to stay over night and chose Yuma instead of Mexico, where we had dental work being done. Easy commute. Older hotel, but clean.

We knew they were under renovation, but everything was nice and clean and it was obvious that the room furnishings were to be replaced shortly. We were pleased with the entry area and the hostess was pleasant and efficient.

Room needs upgrade of bedding and carpet & when I enter the room all the draws where left pulled out & all electrical devices were unplugged it kind of gave me errie feeling that something spooky was going on in the room... but it was so late I didn't call the front desk. I hope next time I get a better room

It need to be updated. Elevator didn't work. Shower curtain was riped. I paid too much for this old room

The hotel is ok. Bathroom smells. I give it a three star.

I felt dirty just standing in the room and the hallways and elevator was dirty

OUr first impression was how beautiful the lobby was. Then as we were walking to our room, the place looked very run down and stunk. A very musty smell. Later on it smelled like a skunk. The pool and Jacuzzi were great except for the clientel using it. It says to shower before going in pool, but the people who were immensely overweight and were wearing their street clothes got into the pool and hottub. DISGUSTING! They wore the same clothes every day we were there. Then after coming back from a horendous day at the dentist, all I wanted to do was get into the Jacuzzi but there were three ladies and about 10 little children ages 3-7 I would say occupying the area. So we went to eat and when we came back they were still in it. That was about 7PM. We waited and they never left until they were told to leave when the pool area closed. They were jumping in the Jacuzzi ( the kids) which according to the rules was not allowed. Nobody from the front desk did anything about it. One child screamed for more than a half hour and still nothing was done. Your breakfasts also needs something to be desired. Rotten apples put our every day which nobody touched.and frozen eggs and sausage and biscuits every day? I will never stay at the Shilo Inn again.

the office person was nice, the spa was down for maintenance, asked if I could cancel (need spa for medical reasons) and he cancelled the reservations and was very nice about it.

over all the stay was good. pool was closed for maintenance. free breakfast was good

My stay was nice and quiet staff was very nice I would recommend staying at this hotel as the price was fair and the breakfast was very good

I really enjoyed myself staff was nice very clean wonderful stay

We were on an overnight to Mexico and this Inn is in close proximity, Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Complimentary breakfast was adequate, and the price was great.

Host tell staff was friendly. The hotel was clean already booked another room for an event in July. Beds were a little hard, but can deal with that for the price I paid.
