Over all great experience and quiet, clean rooms.

Always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I only wish the parking lot was bigger and brighter at night. I love staying at Shilo

Upon checking were told there were only single bed options. I had booked a double bed months in advance. After being told a manager didn’t come on until 10pm one magically appeared. They ended up giving us a ‘suite’ with 2 beds. Thankfully for the same price. In this suite the toilet barely flushed, the screen on the slider door always propped up outside on the balcony and we couldn’t give our daughter a bath because the pull function on the faucet was unable to go down. After taking a shower you had to wait ten minutes for the water to drain. The room was clean and tidy. Parking was easy right by one of the entrances.

Centrally located, beautiful property and friendly staff.

our room carpet was still wet and the AC was too noisy and I could not sleep at all

Could not take shower in morning due not having cold water

There was an unpleasant odor throughout the premises. Visible toothpaste spit on the mirror frame and stains on the carpet. Parking is limited. Do not recommend

Amazing service, cleanliness and beautiful hotel :)

Nice place

This property is filthy and needs to be knocked down and rebuilt . Carpets disgusting, coffee cups and water glasses in room were filthy dirty. This place is a dump !!!!!

Everything was great. From the room to the people to thx property!

The Restaurant, Angry Crab, was just a few feet away and gave a discount to those staying at the hotel. Food was excellent. Staff was supportive and easy to talk to regarding amenities and services.

Called several times to confirm that the pool and hot tub were in fact working, they were not on the afternoon of arrival even after speaking to the front desk that morning. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour after 4pm and then had to find another hotel to stay at. The service was not very good due to poor communication with me and lack of ability to resolve the issue.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No coffee or coffee pot available.

The hotel was probably very nice in the 80s but it has not been upgraded. I had to have my hotel key re-magnetized twice. The wall-paper was peeling in some areas, the beds and carpet need to be replaced and the toilet didn't fully flush. The grounds were the highlight. They were nice and well kept.

front desk guy at night is always very welcoming and the hotel is next to the mall

The property was decent. I would stay here again.
