The property was decent. I would stay here again.

Nothing unique at all, no staff to service properly. Reserved rooms had no ac unit functioning properly AZ was over 110* degrees we were transferred to a one bed. Phone lines did not work we used cell phones to request bath towels and toilet paper! That was no possible we had to use from old rooms. No pool towels ever available our 2 night stay

Didnt like the area but it was okay.. no hot Water

Staff was great and very friendly and the room was clean if not a bit shabby. The air conditioner focused directly on the bed, making it pretty cold in there and the phone didn't work, but those items weren't deal breakers for me. It was quiet, the pool was nice and i enjoyed staying there, although I miss having breakfast and the shuttle wasn't running . 4 stars for this stay, and I plan on staying again in the future. I'll let you know if there's an update.

Everything is great. I will be staying another night.

Nice place to stay, accessible to any store and market, clean, thank you

My wife and I spent one night here, while visiting Los Algodones (nearby) for dental work (there are hundreds of well-trained dentists just across the border. Just park and walk across. Remember your passport! I recommend Dr. Rubio's Clinic. There are cheaper options. Any work you get done here will be about 1/3 of the cost in the States). We wanted to check in early afternoon and had no problem. However, the first room we looked at wasn't ready yet, so the desk clerk was happy to offer another. The Shilo is an older hotel, and you can see that in the hallways and elevators, but it's clean and in good shape. The room itself was attractive and nicely made up, with a newish TV, a small fridge, an ironing board built in, and enough towels and shampoo etc. for 2. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for a room overlooking the pool if available -- the nicest view. There's a major mall nearby. The Angry Crab restaurant is virtually attached to the Inn and we ate a good dinner. It specializes in seafood of course, and there are lots of fresh choices to make, from fish to shellfish, including live lobster. Staff was friendly and courteous as well. The Shilo is conveniently located where Hwys 95 and 8 intersect -- perfect for us. There's a large outdoor pool and exercise room. The pool looked a little murky, but maybe that was just the time of year. The grounds are well kept. A basic breakfast is included, starting at 6 a.m. We thought the Shilo was good value for the money.

Very good check in staff. Also hot tub, sauna, and other amenities were all good. Suggest breakfast be improved

Nice people to deal with and turn out to be helpfully Our biggest concern was the mattresses were to soft and cause back ache, we ask to be transferred to another room which they were helpful in doing. The bed was a tad better. The clerk claims that the mattresses were only a year old and that we were the first to complain. I dont believe that being that i am a yuma boy.

overpriced compared to surrounding properties. stay was just average. breakfast was terrible.

I like everything about it! And couldn’t fine anything I didn’t like.

Huge king size bed, great rooms, yummy breakfast!!

Access to the rooms from the parking lot not easy if you’re upstairs. Rooms are big. Need to be updated. TVs need to be replaced. Overall, I would stay again.

The hotel was good, good service only bad thing was the elevator wasn't working

Very comfortable beds! Great value for the price!
