Easy access but a little run down, loud upstairs and traffic noise

The staff was rude. When I checked in the hotel told me There is a CASH deposit of a 150 that was not in the details. She then looked at me and said "well are you going to stay here?" In order for you to get the deposit back the staff has to check your room before giving you back the deposit "

Never again. Staff tell you one thing, the manager another, effectively ruining my stay there. I requested ground floor - didn't happen, the phone, alarm clock and remote didn't work and I got a smirk in response when I reported it. I had kept contact to update them on travel plans because I was injured at SFO went to ER and missed my flight. I asked to extend my stay both on an email and at the front desk and at no time was i told it would be a ptoblem. I've stayed with them 3 times and never had one. Imagine my surprise, I was completely shocked when i I walked in on a woman bagging my things that their email evidently hasn't (?) Worked in weeks and evidently communication between the staff and the manager didn't either. No one used my contact number and the whole incident was a nihhtmare. The phone, remote and alarm clock didn't work and he a/c heat unit was rusty, filthy and falling off the wall and there was no where to park near my room - I'm a 62 yr old woman, travelling alone, injured and partially disabled and have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect and at over $100 a night, since they jacked up their prices, you would think that at least the phone would work. Upset and extremely dissapointed - you are infinitely better off at Baymont or even motel 6 - never again

The first time I stayed with them, they seemed to be attentive and showed

The location was very convenient and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and room was clean with small fridge available. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the tub was cracked, and the drain was removed so you weren't able to take a bath (not that we needed to). The shower head was broken (falling of the wall) and the spray was stuck onto one setting that was very hard on the body (pounded water onto you). Maintenance was notified and was quickly fixed. I was disappointed in the breakfast- my husband and I are rather health conscious, so the boiled sausage patty, cheese filled egg patties, cold sugary cereal, and dried out mini cinnamon rolls/ muffins were disappointing. We did get fresh oranges, low fat yogurt and oatmeal packets tho, so I don't think it was a deal breaker, just personal preference. The pool was small, and no gym on site. The best part of the stay? The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would recommend if all you are looking for is a bed and hot shower.

For being an older hotel, the price was right! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. There was a new TV with HBO and local channels . Another plus was 2 chairs in the room which were very nice. Our room also had a coffee maker, a fridge, and a hair dryer. The negatives were, old bathroom, towels weren't "soft & fluffy". I would go there again if needed.

It smelled like smoke in all the rooms. Wouldn’t refund my money when I purchased a non smoking room and all smelled like smoke.

did not have to report a single problem at checkout.

They remodel is nice. The only thing I didn't like was my neighbors but is not the hotel fault they we're drunk and they're loud

Great location with restaurant's and shopping! Also with freeway access!!!

I didn't like the fact that they raised the price. I stayed 2 nights and than requested an extra night which they gave me, when I went to check out the next morning I was charged 30' dollars for that night and was never told. The most offensive part was the desk clerk told me "as we have fewer and fewer rooms we raise the prices", to me that is nothing short of thievery.

They could not accommodate me with a room on the first floor as I had a cast on my leg, no elevator and no 1st floor rooms available. I thought all hotels and motels had to be ADA . The tub had a ring which even though I scrubbed couldn't get the stain out; also I booked two nights but my room key was shut off the 1st day. This meant another trip down the stairs and up again with a cast on my foot. NOT VERY ACCOMModating at all.
