This property was not safe at all. We had a 2 night stay and ended up leaving after one night. Our room could be locked if you were inside the room but if you walked out it didn’t lock. Anybody could go in if you were gone. Complained to the front desk. They argues it had a lock when it clearly didn’t. They were rude and had a bad attitude. I will NEVER stay there again and wish I could get my $ back for the night we didn’t stay. Was not safe at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!! also they said room service was available when we booked online. No room service at all. All lies. I don’t even know how they have that many stars. They should get half of a star.
It was much nicer then we expected. The room was clean and my family did well. The suite is what we stayed in so I'm basing my review on that room.
