The unit is cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TV’s, and great internet.

The location is what really makes this spot special. It is right in the middle of town, near all of the food, entertainment, shopping, health care, and other conveniences.

This is a perfect place for families, traveling workers, traveling nurses, or any other people wanting an affordable, private, and safe place.

Despite this precious vintage and mobile home and apartment community being right smack in the middle of town, this property is nestled on a quiet corner with beautiful trees. You can hear the wind blowing through the leaves, creating a nice relaxing atmosphere. Even though you're staying in this oasis, most modern creature comforts are within walking distance. It is truly unique to the area and a great hidden gem.

What I pay for

Room had a stale odor, clean air filter that helped, there are some plumbing problems. But most disturbing, I had to park in the street, because one person had two vehicles, that never move for 5 days I was there.
