Party in next room that staff would not stop. Weed smell throughout facility
Didn’t expect that our room has a fridge, microwave, and stove. Love it! We were also surprised with the balcony. So pretty. Our room was very comfy and bed was comfy too. Thank you:)

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, mainly Baldwin's Book Barn, Longwood Gardens, and wineries. The owners are experienced, friendly, and generous. Breakfast was delish.
It really needed many repairs to the room I stayed in. The breakfast was not interesting. The room also could have been cleaner
Property was fine, no waste basket is only complaint. We were there the Morning after a tornado hit, and they were very accommodating despite having 6 trees down all over the lot
