Horrible experience. This hotel is run down into the ground. Water stained tiles in the hallways. Stains on all the carpet. Broken out elevator lights. Busted up windows. All the hotel room doors had about 1-2 inches of gaps between the floor. The room was filthy. Hairs all over the bathroom counter and floor. Tub wasn’t clean, sink wasn’t clean, built in soap and shampoo dispenser was covered in soap and shampoo and stains. Just an all around disgusting and horrible experience. Although I will say that the bed linens were thankfully clean. Hot water was barely working. AC in the room didn’t work. Someone threw up all over the parking lot and no one bothered to hose it down. I have a chronic illness and had been traveling all day. When I arrived, I was so exhausted I couldn’t do much other than lay down. When I woke up, I realized the AC wasn’t working and found out about the shower. Instead of trying to offer me a price adjustment the front desk told me I should have told them last night, so I would have been moved into another filthy room while being so exhausted and run down. Horrible experience all around 0/10. Don’t waste your money here. Can’t believe hotels are allowed to scam like this.

The ceilings were stained and sagging throughout. The one in our room was ripped. The refrigerator was buzzed all night. There was one hook in the bathroom. No closet or hangers for clothes. Staff was nice.

Have a bright light coming through the window making it hard to sleep. Bathroom is very cold. 2 t.v.s one remote. Cable sucks can't get but half the channels. No blankets for the pull out sofa.

This property did not mop up spilled items on the floor. The elevator floor was disgusting. There is ONLY 1 cart for luggage for the ENTIRE hotel. Yes, I asked for a cart and was told it was in use. I asked was there only one and was told yess. Dont stay here! Dont let the price fool you. Convenient maybe, but HELL NO!

Overall stay was not bad, it’s a good place to stay overnight for early morning flights from PHL. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the place needs a renovation. The property is non smoking though you can smell weed in the hallways. The parking lot is well lit and shuttle service is on time.
