There was no internet in my room which was located at the end of the hallway. Even Tech Support could not resolve it. I have never been in any Hotel with this problem. And there are not enough Parking space there, I have to park across the street in front of some Houses.

The hall carpet was dirty and smelled. Has not been updated for quite awhile. Toilet seat nasty. Beds bery uncomfortable. Kids upstairs throwing things out the window. Yelling at everyone. Folks sleeping on the couch in the lobby, desk staff indifferent to how uncomfortable that makes customers. Phone in room the line was cut so it did not work. Would never stay thete again.

This place was very run down..smelled like smoke as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. I reported that to the front desk they didn’t seem to be surprised. The people who worked the front desk were on their personal phones chatting with whoever..it was just really unprofessional.

The room was dated and vending/laundry floors were filthy. The lady working the front desk on Saturday morning, 10/11 was amazing to everyone. And all the other staff that worked the front desk were nice as well.

Hotel is certainly a value. Old, but clean and comfortable. We checked in late at night and there were 2 people at the front desk but one person seemed less experienced and needed help constantly. So check in was quite long. The staff were very nice though and apologetic. In the room, the iron didn’t work and we really needed it. The front desk told me I’d have to wait an hour for a maintenance worker to come which was too late for us. Breakfast was great! Overall, food stay, right near Widener Univ

Staff was nice and helpful. There were a few places in walking distance. Kind of older hotel so there were quick fixes in the room. Not too bad for the price! Breakfast was good, big variety!
