Upon arriving in my room: no shampoo or soap, no waste basket, no hangers, deadbolt not working, mirror with lipstick or marker writing, dirty floors, and furniture Goodwill would not want. I recommend you drop this location. at least the two (2) front desk staff were cordial and nice and listened respectfully.
First time i ever seen spiderwebs all over the walls in a hotel before Halloween. Unacceptable not even fit for a crackhead or homeless person this business should be shutdown for good
It would have better for me to stay in shelter instead
Worst .. very dirty , unsafe , rooms are not what you see in picture , no microwave ..not a family hotel at all .. don’t go if you have kids
Booked a non smocking double bed and was given a single bed initially, then was changed to a smocking double beds. The sheets were dirty plus some dead bugs on the floor.
The room smells like an ashtray
Very simple place, but kinda scary. Rather pay the extra $ n go somewhere else.
I've stayed here probably 5 times. Keeps getting worse. Had hotel booked for 2 months at least, i get there and they tell me they don't have my reservation. Had to call Orbitz to get things settled, ended up with a king size bed room but i had reserved a double bed room. Inconvenient as i had two other people with me. On top of all that, there was multiple roaches, at least one mice but you know they don't come alone. Rack to hang clothes was half unscrewed from the wall and hanging. The towel rack in the bathroom was half unscrewed and hanging also. The door for the bathroom didn't close so you had to drop a deuce with it open as well as shower and what not. These folks think changing there name from laquinta/econo lodge to motel 6 is gonna change things, good luck pal.
The bedding was clean, no bedbugs. The sink and shower were clean. The toilet bowl was clean but the outside of the toilet was not. The floors were not swept, especially in the bathroom, debris kept getting stuck to the bottom of my feet as I walked around. No sweeping was done behind the door or in the corners....they didn't even look under the sink because in the morning, while looking for a trash bin, I found a pair of black footie socks from a previous guest under the sink in the corner!!! The lobby was closed off and the windows were so dirty you could hardly look through them. The security window by which you slid your ID card was also filthy, as was the office behind it. The outside stairs to the 2nd floor had been taped off with yellow caution tape, then pulled free, leaving the tape hanging from either side where it had been tied. The concrete walkway to the rooms was dirty with spills, bugs, dirt and filth. The surrounding area had trash, tall weeds and old spills of who knows what liquids (vomit? Urine? beverages?)
Ghetto
I'm so glad you wanted a review. Orbitz should not list this property. This hotel is so very dirty, inside and out. Even the towels are stained. I think they were never changed from the previous guest. The disposable plastic cups provided, were stuck together (why). The reception area is a little window on the side of the building that has no cover for the person registering. I got rained on, splashed by a car going by. The lady registering made me wait until she finished her cigarette in front of the building then told me to comeback at 3. Very rude.
Very dirty and garbage all over the place, couldn’t stay at the hotel because rooms had smoke smell
Rooms bare minimum; looked like blood on wall; carpet questionable; soft, saggy mattress; loud fighting in parking lot at 2:30AM; free breakfast advertised, but NO breakfast and no one in office when I checked out.
The place was a disaster, you get what you pay for, be warned,,,,,,,, we had no garbage can in the room had to ask for one, the cable wire was not plugged into tv, it was cut an hardly reached the tv, we had to rig it up to work, floors sticky, cob webs all over ceiling......... so sad......never going here again, tried to save a few bucks, but, no, never again, I'd rather pay more somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Service wasn't bad, but the "non-smoking room" I reserved smelled of cigarettes and even though everything in the room was tidy the bathroom did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There were hairs all over the shower walls and tub and something brown on the toilet handle. It would have been an alright stay, had it not been for the cleanliness of the place.
Very trashy. Literally, overflowing garbage cans and trash everywhere outside and surrounding the property. Floors weren’t vacuumed, with visible crumbs and stains throughout. One comforter had a hole burned into it. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Cracked walls and toilet. Stained bathtub. Completely disgusting.
It was dirty and it wreaked of cigarettes, when i requested a non smoking room. The bed, walls, carpet, toilet was dirty also
