My first time in PA. The taxi ride from the airport to the hotel was about $78 includes a 15% tip. Hotel sign is very well lit. It is about 50 miles to the hotel. Free popcorn in lobby & lounge. The lounge has NO food but they will order out food for you. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Staff were all nice and helpful. Yes, I would stay again.

The hotel is very centrally located to all of the restaurants and has onsite parking for $20 per night. The room was very roomy and clean. We stayed in the Deluxe King Room and it was lovely. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast on the second floor. They have a pool but it is very small. We liked it because it was very close the Knauer Performing Arts Center where we saw a Doo Wop concert.

Enjoyed our winter stay in this hotel which was originally an old movie theater. Very cool! The lobby is inviting and the staff are nice and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. They also have a nice lounge and a very small pool. There is a free breakfast which is very basic, similar to Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn express. The parking at the hotel is $20/night and they only have about 20 spaces, very tight, but there is a very large, multilevel lot just a 1/2 block away from the hotel was great and only $5/night when you get the discount from the hotel. The hotel also has a very small pool. There are many good eateries within walking distance. We would stay here again.

The entrance is not special, but rooms are clean. Location is good. It is easy to go to restaurants and drug stores by walk. There is a local restaurant near there where you can enjoy small brewery beer .

My family recently stayed at the Hotel Warner. The location cannot be beat. The hotel is situated in the heart of West Chester and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. The staff was on point from check-in until check out. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Drew at the desk gave some really good recommendations about where to eat. I even had an encounter with the general manager, Lisa, while at the desk one day and found her to be very helpful and charming! The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast- I was expecting just some juices, bagels, and pastries; however, they also had eggs, sausage, a make your own waffle station, and freshly made oatmeal. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise to me and my family. After reading some reviews I was concerned about parking, but it turns out there was nothing to be concerned about at all. The onsite parking is very convenient for $20.00 a night- and cheaper than most downtown hotel’s offer. If you were looking for another option they also offer a $5.00 option that is located across the street. Both of these options were explained at check in. We choose the cheaper option and were given directions on where to park with no issue. The onsite bar at the hotel was also a pleasure. The bar tender was friendly and made a great cocktail. We enjoyed our drinks by the fireplace in some comfortable seating. Overall this hotel was a home run and we can’t wait to return!

we recently stayed at the hotel warner for my son's wedding. it was perfect. staff was friendly and hotel is beautiful. katie was especially helpful in meeting our needs. we could not have been happier!

On our way to a family event from northern Virginia to Allentown PA we stopped overnight after reading favorable reviews of this hotel converted some years ago from movie theatre to hotel. Good choice, clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced and decent breakfast. Only negative is limited parking at hotel BUT convenient local parking structure1 block away with prearranged $5.00 overnight fee.

I like the little place. I would recommend it. However get ready to get hooked on parking. There is limited close parking and they got me for $20 on a cold rainy night. That wasn’t in the small print. I mean, it’s only $20 but the charge is a bait and switch. Other than that is was fine. My son and I got in the pool and the level rose 2 inches. That’s how big it is.

Hotel was very nice west chester seems like an awesome town but sergio at the desk was so awful to speak with. I tried asking him questions and he was very rude and mean and just stood there and the other worker did not seem better awful customer service I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AFTER THE SERVICE I RECEIVED

love the hotel and the location, but the management is terrible I believe I spoke with the general manager Lisa about an issue I had with payment and she completely was rude and unforgiving she is the reason the hotel has lost my business
