Sheets had dried stains all over, had two flies in my room, no spoons in kitchen. Minimal supplies. Doors were old and very loud, I could hear them open and close all night. I did like that the microwave was set to be very quiet. Overall was fine but have been to much better Residence Inn properties and expected the same level of quality here.

Lost our onekey rewards

When we got to the hotel our room wasn't ready. They asked if we would take a style of room that was different so we could get in quicker and we did. Since we did the charged us the hotels rates. Therefore we lost our onekey reward. We ended up paying approximately 60 dollars more than what we we supposed to.

Every time we stay at this location we do not get what the reservation is for!.. We reserve a king and always get a queen. This time we had a little critter in the bathroom. Don’t think we will be staying at this location again😐

Home On The Road

We reserved the one room suite a few times. Loved that we could had a door to separate the two spaces. Someone on the sofa sleeper and a couple of us on the queen bed. We were all comfortable. Besides egg and sausage other breakfast options included mini quiche, cheese jalapeno biscuit and iced coffee.

They did not have our correct reservation and now I have to contact them because they charged my card a higher room rate. The lobby was nice, staff was pleasant. The room was ok, we didn’t get the king we requested. The air conditioner kicked on and off all night and made loud noises waking us up every time it went back on. Breakfast was average Ok enough but would not book again

I had high expectations for this stay, but I was disappointed by a number of issues that made the experience frustrating. The door to our room was broken, and we had to jerry-rig it just to get in. One of the lightbulbs in the room was out when we arrived. There were cobwebs in multiple ceiling corners and even a spider in the shower. My key card stopped working 4 times in two days. While the power outage may have been out of the hotel’s control, these other problems were not. I expected better upkeep and basic functionality from a place at this price point. I wouldn’t stay here again.
