The hotel was very nice, the ONLY problem I had was that once getting there and tried to check in I was notified by the hotel manager that ORBITZ THEM SELF CANCELED MY RESERVATION!! I was so upset and angry, thank god for the staff at the hotel for all their patients, and them trying there hardest to get me a room to stay in! I would stay there again but I will never be using orbitz again to get a room, I would rather spend the extra couple of bucks and go through the actual hotel website, because at least you know you are guaranteed the room you are paying for when you arrive at your hotel. When I called orbitz they were NO HELP AT ALL, and the lady didn’t want to be bothered, she tried to transfer me to another department but NEVER got back on the phone with me. It’s funny because they had NO PROBLEM taking my money out of my checking account though!

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, with just one disappointment. We stayed overnight to visit with family and were really looking forward to soaking in the whirlpool in the evening. When we checked in, we were informed that the whirlpool was busted, so that was disappointing. We wish we had known this ahead of time, because we would have perhaps chosen a different hotel with a working hot tub. We tried to take a dip in the pool, but the water was unpleasantly cold. Still, the bed in the room was comfortable, the room was roomy enough, and we really enjoyed using the waffle maker the next morning for breakfast!
For us it was good, we went on a team gymnastics funtion, but one member of the team was bumped out of there room even with a 2 month in advance reservation. they said it was due to the extended stay.
