Receptionist was on a very extended phone call when we arrived. She hardly acknowledged us. Once she finished the call, there was nothing said offering an apology or appreciation or our patience. She did not appear to be a very pleasant person. Later we asked if she knew what radio station the football game was on & were met with a very curt response telling us we could look it up on WiFi.

Our room had no heat on when we arrived late at night. The TV would not work. Some breakfast items were gone in the morning, including milk for cereal… Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming.
