The room seemed clean but less than ideal condition. The rug was ripped, the desk chair leather was peeling off, the bathroom shower hardware was very rusty and corroded. Our room was near the pool and you could smell some chlorine in the room. Also, there were no usb connection points for charging or plugging in anywhere in the room. Staff was friendly.

For a new hotel, there were a TON of issues with our stay... Upon arrival, at 1am, the front doors to the hotel were locked and no staff was visible. After a phone call, someone appeared who looked as though they had rolled out of bed. They instructed us to go to the side door, where we were forced to unload a full RV filled with product for an event through a side door, which meant navigating a luggage cart up a long ramp, which had significant mud at the bottom. I'm pretty sure it's ILLEGAL to physically lock doors to an occipied hotel -- especially the main entrance -- but that's another issue entirely. 2) Our suite (which we paid an upgrade for) had 2 beds, and one had blood-stained sheets. We're pretty sure the bedding had not been changed. 3) There was a candy wrapper on the floor next to the other bed. Again, it appears no effort was made to clean this room between guests. 4) The shower didn't drain and the tub filled with water quickly. 5) New room keys were needed each day, as they constantly deactivated. 6) The cable box for the TV was attached to the back of the TV, which means that the only way to operate a TV with the remote is to walk over to the TV, place it behind the TV and point it at the box. This is probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. I could go on, but I can't imagine you need any more reasons to avoid this hotel. It's grossly mismanaged and there are plenty of other options in the area.

Our room had a terrible smell, so we asked to move. Ended up in a better smelling room but right next to the elevator so we were unable to sleep because of the noise. Room didn’t feel clean, is outdated and lots of stains on bed and furniture. Also the staff didn’t clean our room or make our beds the second day. Wouldn’t stay here again. Much better options nearby that are comparable in price.

Location is near I-12 and with nearby Walmart and other few other chain restaurants. Walls are thin which can be annoying depending on your neighbors. Breakfast is ok, nothing great but not bad either. Comfortable room and spacious.

The hotel was clean and very quiet. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Property renovated after '16 floods. Close to the interstate, but little road noise. Friendly staff. Decent hot breakfast in a nice lobby. Only a few critiques: Parking lot stripes are too close together (non-standard); Bathrooms have no vents. Under bed area needs at least occasional vacuuming; Wash external windows; bathroom sink needs longer faucet (barely extends over basin). Captive wifi works, but why require a separate code entry field besides the password? Overall a good experience.

Hotel was nice. Our room was very clean with the exception of a previous guest's sock being left in the closet. The carpets in the hallways and stairwell need to be cleaned, lots of stains and the stairwell smelled badly. Parking wasn't easy, I think they just don't have enough spots. Still these were very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again. I'm a germaphobe and it still met my cleanliness standards.
