I would never stay here again. Added fees outdated hotel toilet running.

My room had to be changed because I TURNED THE HEAT on and the room smelled as if something was on fire. The tubs paint was completely chipped off, the sheets were stained. The room I changed to had an odor of extremely old carpet, it was strong. I just wanted to go to sleep, wake up and leave. The free buffet was now $7 But not on weekends it was $35. I will not be staying there again. They took so long bringing me my toothpaste I went to the office and got it personally. Some of the staff was very respectful and friendly. The gentleman checking me in seemed reserved and unconcerned. I felt like just another customer he had to wait on.

I booked two rooms, one had a bug in it and the bath tub was dirty. There was a horrible stench in the hallway, and in the room. The room was sooooooooo bad they had to change our room.

Once I arrived. All 3 front desk people were assisting a small group (5) people. So, I waited like 10mins before some one helped me. After driving 7hrs. I reserved a room with double beds. They gave me a single bed. They were able to accommodate me with another room immediately. I had a 6yr old who wanted to get into the pool. Since it was an inside pool we thought it was open late. We arrived at 6:45pm. (Sitting in 5hrs of traffic) our original arrival time should have been 3pm. The pool closed at 8pm. Then we were told by a staff member it opens at 6am. They just failed to tell us it is closed on Sundays. As well as the café.

All members of the staff that I encountered were attentive, smiling and helpful beyond what can be expected.

My experience was horrible!!!!!!! :( Within 2 hours of checking in, the manager kicked my guest out of both rooms and refused to give me a refund for my rooms that was booked and paid for! Omar is very unprofessional and disrespectful and I don't recommend anyone to attend that hotel

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, if I could give less stars I honestly would. HORRIBLE, RUDE STAFF (Omar & the front desk supervisor are incompetent idiots that need to be fired). Filthy rooms, stains and insects. Broken heaters/AC. No room service. Non-responsive Wifi. And hidden fees that outweigh hotel room costs. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Don't believe any of the positive reviews for this place, they're all paid for. Stay ANYWHERE else.

An older facility but still in great shape...great restaurant facilities in premises. Stayed for business purposes. Was my first stay but will be back again.

Adore this hotel & staff, hence my frequent returns when in the area; yet improvement is needed. The outside automated main entry door is still broken after months since my more recent visits, observed some missing siding & the bath tub in my room this visit was in need of resurfacing.

Disappointed in where this hotel is going. Needs a room refresh. Used to have a great breakfast. Nothing was even available that I could find open until after 9 (a small coffee ahop) when I had already departed. Ended up waiting in line 15 minutes at starbucks down the road. Used to be the go-to place to stay.

It was a nice hotel I did not give them more stars because they did not have control over the noise that the guest were making. I came there to have quiet and peace but instead I heard children screaming through the halls and loud music in the parking lot at very late hours for two days straight. I did not get the best sleep.

They tried to "upgrade" us to a room that didn't meet our needs. About 1.5 hours after we checked in, someone knocked on the door and proceeded to try to walk in before i could get to the door. Claimed he was verifying when we checked in. We put the DND sign on the door when we left as no attention was retired. When we returned, our door quite a few hours later our door was chocked open with the privacy lock. The remote didn't work. The room was generally clean but not spotless. The refrigerator was barely cold. There appeared to be a breakfast area apparently didn't open until 8 A. The staff were a little hard to understand but did generally try to address our needs. The only response to our door being left open (when the room never even should have been entered) was I'm sorry. Definitely felt uncomfortable and concerned. Would not have felt comfortable to use the pool or other facilities. Things were just "off".

Always have a great experience here. Room service was great have the Navy bean soup and scallops with grits.

Room was 171 the room looked clean but the room had an awfully smell called front desk for housekeeping to come spray they never came bed bugs in second bed they moved us to 3rd floor king size room was much better but the keys wouldn't work I had too keep getting the keys reprogrammed I went to ask about staying longer front desk lady said 89.00 a nite come down in the morning too make a new reservation I did that's when they said they were sold out my room was already paid for by someone else so I was in a bind had too find a room in Springfield va 30 mins from work because of misleading information. Pool and work out area was great

We will be staying here again when we return to the hotel. Only thing they could make better is to have coffee available in the lobby.

The staff was VERY inconsiderate of the circumstance in which I was there. They showed no compassion about the circumstances of my second day stay ( my daughter's hospital stay across the street from the hotel ). I will NEVER stay there again or recommend it to my friends.

We decided to stay after visiting the Decoy Lounge. The beds were comfortable but the nitestand and desk had stains and food on them

hotel needs to be renovated

stolen room stay money
