The hotel smelled putrid, it’s outdated and in need of a renovation. My room was not as clean as, therefore, I cleaned it myself & bought sheets to sleep on. I did not ask for another room b/c I assumed that the conditions would be similar if not worse than the room that I had. The only plus was that the staff were friendly, but I will not be staying here again.
Dirty. Sketchy clientele and surroundings. Needs updating badly
Not like it used to be. Its time for an upgrade.Rooms are out of date. The property is beautiful.
The shower was awkward and hard to use, either boiling hot or ice cold. Another guest warned us to "check our beds" as she had moved 2 rooms already. We didn't find anything thankfully, but the facility is in need of renovation as much of the interior is worn and in disrepair.
This hotel is on the level of a motel 6. At one time this hotel was the star jewel of prince georges county. The only bright side was the restirants
You have to pay for all the amenities. You dont know about the 100 deposit until after you book. And y'all charged my card twice.. I need a refund
The room and service were excellent. No issues during this stay. Thanks
The amenities were disappointing because they weren’t included in the hotel rate. We had to pay for breakfast and to swim. The carpet in the rooms were soiled, our phones did not work and the WiFi was horrible! The only highlight was the breakfast. Our server, Charlie was great!
The location is literally the only good thing about this hotel. It is soooo run down and old looking. We had ants in iur window sill. The beds have springs and make so much noise if you even attempt to roll over that it scared my three year old. So hard and the sheets are super thin. No way they can even be 100 thread count. I bought a memory foam topper from Walmart and that allowed me to sleep. The room keys deactivate almost every day to the point my husband would just stop at the front desk on the way up to the room and ask them to reactivate it just in case. There absolutely NO way this is a three star. At best it has to be a two star. Would recommend ONLY if you need quick access to andrews and are on a budget.
The Restaurant was amazing, Christmas, our waitress was a fantastic server. The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular nothing bad either. Great price and beautiful location and lobby! We were however extremely disappointed with the hours of the pool. The pool actually closes earlier on Saturdays than during the week. I’ve never stayed at a place where the pool wasn’t open until 10 or 11 PM. If I would have known it closed so early I probably would have stayed somewhere else.
Orbitz did not provide the reservation to the hotel. It was 1:30 AM and no reservation! And I was in the middle of no where. The Front Desk resolved the problem quickly and efficiently by doing a new reservation and checking me in on the spot at the same price. Orbitz failed to communicate the reservation to the hotel!!!
Due to me being beyond tired, the bed was comfortable. An employee was a little rude. The whole place needs to be remodeled.
staff was really nice and the food was good also. they have a real nice indoor pool
Loved it. Best deal in Clinton , so do it źzzzzzzzzzzzxxxxxxxcvbjjj
Desk clerk apparently new and not knowledgeable. Room had some nice touches; some dated. Was clean and the bed comfortable. Room was also quiet.
Ok for the price. My room 301 has iron prints in the carpet. I called the front desk and the said they were aware. You have to pay $10 for breakfast and $5 for pool and workout room use. If you need something quick this will do
