Got there at 3 pm to a tremendous line to check in . Didnt get to the desk for 30 minutes. My room wasnt ready til 10 pm . When i finally got to my room there were no towels. I was told there was nothing they could do because the people who clean the rooms and i guess wash the towels left early . I couldnt shower .They offered complimentary breakfast in the morning. The milk curdled in the coffee. I left it there and checked out. The lady at the desk was a nice lady but she was at the desk from 3pm when i checked in til when i left at 11 am . I didnt see and other employees working there. Every person i passed was talking about their different horrible experience.

Nice, neat, and comfortable. Can’t complain about this one.

I asked for a refund he said I would have to speak to Kessica in the am. I wanted to check out as soon as I checked in. Hotel had a smell Of BenGay in the halls. Room was not clean. Sofas had stains. Window had food and hand prints all over it. Bathtub had hair. Reported it to Orbitz and they were told the same thing to deal with Jessica in the am. I feel is a consumer is not satisfied with what they are paying for and have not been in the room over 30mins they should be entitled to check out full refund!!! This is not a 4star hotel. Very disappointe!!!

Original room had previous smoker , room reaked of smoke. They gave us new room upon request. Breakfast buffet was very good.

I think this is the best hotel your going to find in the Vineland area.

Everything was great, nice location, plenty of parking, good breakfast . The only thing I found disappointing is about my room, the toilet water tank was noisy because it was flowing the water internally, what a waste of water !!!! it is a shame !! I was there for 3 nights and even when I reported, they did not fixed, the water is a precious resource we have to take care ! Because of this ,it was not completely comfortable the room, sleeping was not easy .

I stretch in the morning, so I definitely see that carpeting. Other than that, I really like the place. United airlines lost my luggage and the man behind the desk really took care of me with some replacement toiletries. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

I requested them changed from day 1 and it didnt happen. There was stains on the sheets and pillow case and I requested for them both to be changed 2 nights in a row and nothing happened. Finally the 3rd day I've seen the cleaner personally and walked her into the room to change them. The previous request was ignored by both the cleaners and front desk. I'm coming back down their in 2 weeks but booked somewhere else because of that incident. I'm sure nothing will happen and they don't care it happened to me so why stay there. Everything else about the hotel was great. Nice location and nice people. Dont follow up on request but nice people.

I was in town one night for business. The hotel was fine for business travel. The only negative was they were running out of things at the breakfast buffet (incl. coffee cups) and no one was attentive and quickly replacing things. But of course that could happen anywhere, overall a good stay.

The staff was wonderful. I have been staying here exclusively over the past few years. I travel from Chicago and it is very convenient and they accommodate whatever needs you have.

Stayed all weekend relaxing and nice stay. Nice hotel and staff cleanliness was ok Could of been cleaner and I wish they had a indoor pool but everything else was nice and the check out time was good

Clean, spacious room.you won't be disappointed.breakfast is great. Bruce at the front desk is amazing and extremely patient will definitely return.

Mattress couldve been muuuchh better, location: nothing in walking distance but a bennigans, but if you have a car then youll be good..staff was very profesional and nice, just be sure to answer room service when they knock because they will come right in lol..not bad over all though. Id recommend it.

clean and convenent, close to where I needed to go

It was better than I thought. The breakfast was great. The room and lobby and pool were very clean. I just need a place to rest and I got a lot more. Keep up the good work.

Just needed a place to sleep, eat, and shower while racing at NJMP. Shower bathtub slippery, had to place towel for better feet grip; from slipping. Bed comforter may have damage from dryer or other means; age. Pillows too thick and fluffy, slept better without them. There were 4 of the same. Perhaps other choices available would be nice. More hot breakfast choices for people would be nice.

The only bad thing was the wifi didn't work and caused a big problem for me! They did get it fixed the day we were leaving.

Stayed here for stopover to Cape May ferry. Very nice front desk staff--helpful, friendly, interesting. Also appreciate the coupon they give for the nearby restaurant for us tired travelers. But, the 4 pillows on the beds are big round lumps of shredded foam-v. bad for sleeping unless you are a very huge person. I used a towel + small throw pillow instead.They say they just replaced the pillows due to complaints (shows they care), but a very strange variety to replace with. Also needs cleaning up of old dirty caulking & enamel chips in bathroom. The toilet flushes are the industrial super loud/fast type that reverberate through the floors. Basically needs some old wear/age repairs--too bad as the staff do seem to care.

worst experience at a hotel in my life

nice hotel to stay !!

Everything was great, nice location, plenty of parking, good breakfast . liked it but they need new carpet

I stretch in the morning, so I definitely see that carpeting. Other than that, I really like the place. United airlines lost my luggage and the man behind the desk really took care of me with some replacement toiletries. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

nice hotel with one big probelm

I've previously stayed here and it was great. This time around was different. I stayed for 4 nights. I didnt get my sheets changed until the 3rd night.
