I like that hotel very much. Location is very good. You can shop around the town. You can eat anything around this hotel. It is close to the sunset beach.
We had a problem with a noisy air conditioner the first night but hotel manager Shivam moved us to an upgraded room the next day. He was very friendly and helpful.

Booked a King Bed and they pushed two full size beds together in an attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. The “suite” lacked dishes, robes, etc! Very disappointing experience
Property is currently under reservation. However, the room type we booked (ocean view) had not yet been renovated - despite the photos seen on the booking reflecting the upgrades. To be candid, the room was downright dilapidated. Wallpaper tears coming off the walls in places, baseboards peeling off the wall, water damaged doors and blind-handyman install in door hardware. The flooring was incredibly worn and on need of replacement. Under no circumstances would I have given this room a 3 star review or better. For their part, staff at the front desk was incredibly accommodating in showing us different room options. Ultimately we stayed in the room we booked because none of the alternatives had ocean view / view of the fireworks - the whole reason we booked the ocean view. However, charging the same rate for these beat up, slum-level rooms as the newly renovated ones is nearly criminal. I would highly recommend staying away until renovations are complete or, at the very least, calling to confirm the state of your desired room before booking.
