We stopped here to sleep on our way to NOLA. The property and room was clean, and the night attendant was friendly and pleasant. She gave us the option to pay the deposit in cash and I hesitated to do so-I told her "we have to check out at 4a.m.we have an appointment in New Orleans, will someone be here for that?"-she smiled and assured me someone is always around. Well when it came time to check out I went down to the front desk and it was vacant.....for over an hour I called repeatedly(3diff.numbers) I knocked on all the office doors that were not hotel rooms, I hollered for someone and finally had to call reservations who contacted corporate to get a hold of someone that could assure me they would send it to me later and it was okay to leave w/o seeing an employee, that was after 5 a.m. Finally around 7a.m. someone called me about the key I left on the computer at the front desk and asked my cash app to send the deposit and an extra $20 for my inconvenience, saying the employee was fixing a tv in another room-riight for over an hour--when I specifically notified you of my check out time. Whatever that guy should be fired cuz he fell asleep.

Pool was great property n room was clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast!

PLUS: Property seemed to have a nice pool area for guests. MINUS: We booked a non-smoking room, but the guests on either side of us, also in non-smoking exterior facing rooms, spent time out side their room...in front of our door...and in the parking area...smoking and visiting until late. The odor and noise was quite unsettling. If we'd expected these inconveniences, we'd have booked a cheaper property.

My daughter stayed there with her husband. I provided the room for them because of work I am doing in my house. They stayed in the business king size bed suite. They were pleased with the room, and enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning.

Ok I traveled to Tuscaloosa to help my bama kid to move this hotel is a joke I check in they give the key I open the door the room were dirty I went back to front desk they give me a second room not very clean everything were open went third time to front desk they give me finally a decent room $120 for night very dissatisfied

Was just an average place to stay nothing special and a bit overpriced

Easy check in place was clean. Staff was helpful and nice.
