Nice and clean room. Wifi was horrible - only bad thing.

We have stayed here twice when visiting Bama. Microtel is convenient, especially during initial student move-in as it is next to Target and Home Depot. The rooms are clean with new bedding and a small fridge and microwave. Nice touch that they give you complimentary water and popcorn in your room, as well as one cup coffee maker and coffee. The included breakfast is what you expect from a Hampton inn or similar. We always have a nice experience here and it's a great value.

This was a nice reasonable priced hotel close to campus of University of Alabama. Staff was welcoming and provided water and popcorn. Rooms were very comfortable. We were placed in a handicap room for some reason. Two minor complaints were the bathroom did not have anywhere to put toiletries (just a sink). This may because of a handicap room but not sure. We could hear the room next door and they were not really exceptionally loud just normal noise (not as well sound insulated) but all calmed down and we had a pleasant night and decent breakfast in the morning.

Very clean. Nicely managed. Very polite staff. Conveniently located. Will stay again.

Clean very modern/upgraded hotel, could not ask for a better experience.

Room not as clean as previous stays. Hair in corners of bathroom floor. On my last morning had a bug crawling across my sheet. Glad I didn't have to sleep on it another night.

Front desk staff exceptionally helpful, quiet clean rooms, all staff super !

Comfy, spacious, clean and nice water pressure and temperature! Friendly staffs-- receptionist suggested a dinner place and made a phone call to the restaurant called Ephiphany cafe, which was also excellent!

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was always hot and delicious.

this was a great location for staying for parent of returning UA student. Clean, quiet and close to everything.

Nice hotel. Had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was free. Overall good stay.

The hotel provided a clean room with the basics. The hotel staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. There was a good continental breakfast with plenty of coffee. The coffee was available throughout the day and evening. I would stay at this hotel whenever I plan to travel to Tuscaloosa.

I came to Alabama for the first time ever to see the Alabama/Auburn football game. As far as the hotel, the staff was very courteous and helped me with any questions. This courtesy is rare in new Jersey. The room was clean quiet. I wish the room had a fridge but it was okay not having one. Besides that I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Plus it is an $8.00 each way cab ride to the stadium or the strip. Perfect location and great people !!!!

Remodeling is almost complete. We stayed in a refurbished room with fresh paint and carpet. Staff wasvery friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good.

The hotel room and staff were simply amazing. The room was perfect and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend people to stay here.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and newer looking. The staff is friendly and courteous. There is free breakfast and wifi. My only minor complaints would be that the room was a little dusty, there is no mini-fridge and the wifi didn't work the first day. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Booked for a one-night stay, based on price. Pleasantly surprised to find a guest experience comparable to more expensive brands. Room clean and inviting. Quite small, but adequate for a short stay with limited luggage. Bed is comfortable. Lobby is clean, and the included breakfast is again comparable to most chain brands. Front desk clerk even offered to make coffee in the lobby for me, when I checked in - but there are single-cup brewers in the guest rooms. (I did not book a suite - just a guest room.)

I had a wonderful experience during my st.ay at this location.

Overpriced hotel rooms but service was fair just a one nite stay hotel

The hotel is very comparable to Hilton and Marriott products. We do include complimentary wifi and a hot breakfast to all our guests. We are about going the extra mile and focused on quality, consistency, and value in which we deliver with excellence.
