AC was not working properly so the room was warm and stuffy. Front desk assured me that an engineer would come to my room shortly. Waited for more than an hour. When I made the second call, front desk apologized a mistake of not sending a technician. The technician found an issue and fixed the AC.

Reception staff was terrific. Evening bar service was exceptional. Breakfast service was slow to take order, fast to bring food. Food was average. Room was very comfortable. I will continue to use this Marriott if I am staying in Torrance.
Nice place, but why do we have to pay parking? Parking should be provided..
Hotel Staff and Location was amazing. I love the modern look of the Hotel and the bed was very comfy. I did not like the idea of paying for parking, but it was plentiful and we always were able to park no matter what time of the day.
The staff was excellent, the rooms were modern, the entire hotel was very clean!!

Marriott has signs all over saying free WiFi. But when you hook in with it you have to agree to pay 14.99 a day for it.
