No body lotion, No half-and-half for breakfast had to ask for it, keys weren’t working so we had to switch rooms and having issues with the keys other than that it’s a great hotel
I has high hopes for this one...the property is nice and new and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very nicely appointed and the first night was great. Went a little down hill from there. There are dispensers for soap and shampoo, my soap was empty. My bed had a few stains/crumbs on the sheets which told me they hadn't been changed correctly. When I brought it up to the front desk and asked them for a cleaning, they stated due to Covid restrictions that they only clean the rooms every 7 days. ((Why are they still doing this as all restrictions have been lifted?) They said they will see what they can do and when I got back to the room...nothing. They simply filled the soap. As a Hilton honors member I expected a better response. Additionally, the water pressure was VERY low and the shower took 10 minutes to heat up one day and never went past warm. Parking is a bit scarce and there is not a safe in the room (guess they don't need one since nobody ever comes in to clean) It's a nice hotel overall, just don't expect the best of service.
We stayed in a pet friendly room and while I know these rooms get more wear and tear, there were a lot of brown stains on the couch and rug. The bathroom walls and doors had dirt/stains (could’ve easily been taken care of with a magic eraser), and the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable- we could feel all the springs poking into us. Main bed was nice. Amenities were good, but I’m concerned with the cleanliness as I am planning an August 2022 wedding in Temecula and was hoping to do a room block at this hotel. I want my guests to have a great experience and I just think the stains on the couch/rug should be addressed. Another thing was the glass paneling around the pool area definitely could use a good cleaning. It was pretty dusty/smudged and the pool water looked cloudy. Nice property with a lot of potential though, if these things could be addressed.
I liked the location and the largeness of the room. Nothing I did not like.
