Check in staff was delightful and very kind. We went to our room and were greeted with a filthy mess. Stains in the curtain, bed broken in multiple places, non-operational fireplace, ripped carpet and curtains. Connected again with the front desk who brought us keys for another room. Got into the other room and found this room to be WORSE than the first room. Carter Estate was kind enough to upgrade us and put us at another sister property. While I appreciate this gesture, if I wanted to stay at that property, I would have booked it. For the original price I paid, I’d recommend maintaining the room a little better. 1 room, I would have understood. 2 rooms? Not a coincidence.

Closet mirror was off the hinges and the fireplace was not real lol I think it was off-season because there was no cleaning service and we had to call for towels the next day. Staff was incredible friendly and the tasting room was cool.

We stay in the Vineyard Bungalow and enjoyed it very much. Room was clean. Very spacious bathroom with walk in show and a tub large enough for two. Recommend to anyone looking for a quiet room with great service.

Amazing place to reconnect with your loved one. Complimentary bottle of wine and great view of the vineyards. We had to switch rooms because of a malfunction in the shower but staff was quick and upgraded us and no hazle. Friendly staff.👍

Such a nice hotel to stay at. They were actually like little bungalows with your own private patio over looking the vineyard. Staff was so nice & rooms were nice & big & clean. Will def be staying here again if we come back to Temecula

Easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. It has an electric fireplace which made it cozy on a cold and raining night. It also has a private covered patio open to the vineyard. We enjoyed the free wine we received at check in.

Stayed here for our wedding last weekend, along with many of our guests. We had such a lovely stay, and appreciate the staff being patient with us and all of our guests. We loved the huge tub and the complimentary wine bottle at check in. Beautiful views,too!! We could see our wedding venue from our patio 🙂

Delightful overnight stay at this winery. The room was a good size and the bathroom is very large. When we woke up on Sunday morning there was a stunning view from our patio of the vineyard and all the hot air balloons! A few small items could elevate the stay/facility - 1) there were not cups in the bathroom 2) liquid soap at the sink 3) the water pressure on the shower head was notably low and there should be a door or curtain for the shower so that water doesn't get on the bathroom floor.
