The reception staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect! The views from the room amazing. We walked to nearby wineries for tastings. The room was very 80’s and totally outdated. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Phone didn’t work which is not a big deal unless you want to reach front desk. The resort fee is ridiculous. I would definitely stay at this property again and hopefully they will have comfortable pillows.

This is the second time I've stayed here within a year; the first time, they had plumbing issues in one of the rooms and upon checking in said they didn't have any rooms available and sent us to a different hotel. This time, upon checking in at 4:00, the time stated, they said they were short linens and towels and were waiting on a delivery and could not give us a ballpark time frame on when the room would be ready. Granted, it was New Year's Eve, so we needed to access the room to get ready for our dinner that evening at 7:00. It was also raining, so we couldn't access the pool area or do anything in the areas. The staff was not empathetic at all. They were supposed to call us when the room was ready and at 5:45 pm., nearly two hours after check in, we went back to the front desk and they said it was ready. No phone call, whereas we could have utilized more time to get ready for our event and we're instead rushed. Very disappointed with this resort for the 2nd time in a year.

Everything was perfect. The weekend we stayed was rainy and cold. The heating unit had a terrible rattling noise. We were unable to sleep with the heater on. We used the wall fireplace instead and that kept the room warm. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Great fireplace for our rainy stay ! Pull out was not comfortable but the next night they brought a cot- that worked well !! Great quiet location ~ try their nice rose sparkling!!!

The room needs a lot of maintenance. The electric fireplace was not functioning. The walls looked run down- full of chipped paint on the blue wall. And the furniture looked old and full of scratches.

This place was INCREDIBLE!!! Our room wasn’t ready by check-in and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make it up to us. The staff was amazing and attentive and the breakfast burrito was one of the best!! Not to mention the room was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable.

We had a great one night stay. After a day of visiting wineries, it was nice to spend the night, relax, and drive home the next day. The room was clean and well appointed. We also liked that every room had their own parking spot out front. Although our room was not ready at the check-in time, we were offered a complimentary tasting and late check-out, which was a nice touch on their behalf. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would return.

The place was really clean which was nice. The water in the shower would not turn off and the bathtub we had would not drain. Also I called the front desk for a wine opener which was supposed to already be in our room and it was not. They didn’t respond or get anyone to help. I had to physically go down to the front desk to get them to do anything.
