This was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. Bathroom was leaking water in lobby so we were asked not to shower until they can change our room. I was never informed of the leak until male maintenance came and demanded entry. As a woman this made me uncomfortable. So I called the lobby to confirm it was maintenance. They changed my room to a lower quality room that was filthy, dark/ minimal lighting, broken outlets, mattress had a dent in the middle, fridge was unplugged. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We were better off going to motel 6.Parking was horrible and vallet was hectic although the gentlemen’s had great customer service. If I could rate it 0 I would. Hotel from hell.

We chose this hotel based on proximity to the cruise ship port. The staff was excellent, the room was great but the dinner was not good. My wife chose the hamburger and it was clearly frozen and barely warm. It almost seemed that the wait staff was also handling the cooking. The breakfast was excellent and saved this stay from a lower rating.

Hotel Tampa Riverwalk was amazing. The views of the river were amazing. Expansive balcony and large rooms. Centrally located in downtown Tampa.

No microwave hotel room wasnt to spectacular especially for the price i paid i could have stayed in a cheaper hotel with more ammedities and a bigger fridge its was kind of far from any store to get any snacks or needs of any kind i think the accommodations didnt reflect the price pillows were comfortable as well.as the bed we did have a pull out sofa in our room wich did have mold on it yuck ac was nice and cold but kept freezing up and getting hot in room

First the valet which I paid in cash “forgot “ to advise the front desk so they tried to charge again.. and I even tipped him ($44 +tip) Loud music playing at the bar so it’s not very relaxing if you sit outside The restaurant personnel (one female) just walked away and I had a request so another person came out took care of me and she got the tip Food is good so thanks to the chef Will rethink my decision next time and folks should definitely check the charges before you leave! Unbelievable

The property was ok, though I must admit, the pillows on the bed were awful! The hotel definitely needs some upgrades as my bathroom sink knobs were hard to turn, bathroom had filthy caulking, loose towel racks, shower head had one setting and water pressure was very hard and there were no trash bags in either trash can. The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was also amazing! Dinner, not so much lol. They served french fries with dinner options. One thing that I did not like is that the hotel is public accessible. There were three young men, fully dressed that kept jumping in the pool, but they were not visitors of the hotel. Hotel staff even threatened to call security on them. Overall, the experience was not bad. I will probably stay at another hotel during my next visit to Tampa.
