Staff was very nice check in was the quickest experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. However the bed was not very comfy(spring mattress/box) It was a big tough. The bathroom sinks could use an update or maybe some lubricant because I had a very hard time turning the pipes to use. Other than that no issues. I went to a concert came back to sleep and leave the next day

We only booked for one evening to attend a concert here in the Tampa area. We did stop in at the reception desk around noon and were told that due to selling out the night before, that they unfortunately could not offer early check in but that the rooms would be available at 4pm which was the listed check in time. We found something to do for the four hours in the meantime. When arriving back to the hotel at 4:20, I attempted to check in and was told that rooms were still not ready due to them not being cleaned and turned over from the night prior. After 10 minutes of being offered free drink vouchers that I was not interested in, I asked to see a manager. And miraculously our room was ready once a manager was involved. The quality of the room when we arrived was also poor. Very unclean, spiders and webs in the windows when we drew the blinds back to see the river and I am grateful we do not have to use the shower. Luckily we were just sleeping here for the evening and will be driving home ASAP.
