This was a very beautiful and clean property located on the perfect spot on the River Walk. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant food was very fresh and delicious. The pool area had live music and plenty of clean towels available.

Old hotel. Tile and caulk in bathroom musty, cracking, just old. Two toilet flushes to make toilet flush. Sliding closet door fell off. Old, yellowed beds. Comforters unclean. So overpriced for this condition.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The check in process was less than impressive. There was only one valet attendant visible. Cars were backed up into the straight so i couldn't pull in, forcing me to loop around the block twice. When I finally was able to pull in I sat parked in front of the valet stand for 20 minutes before giving up and finding a public lot several blocks away. When we mentioned something about it to the staff there response was that they knew it was bad, sorry. Why don't they do something to fix this?

first, the bed linen were dirty and at least looking old and with stains. then the smoke detector were beeping and we reported it and the front desk told us that they yould replace the batteries but at the end they told us that they run out of them. They sent me a maintenance guy who were rude and not polite... at then they did not change the batteries and they did not replace it. terrible conditions and rude staff.

The staff was excellent! We needed to print out concert tickets, and they were more than happy to let us use their front desk computers to do so. The location is also great on the river walk - we greatly enjoyed the balcony!

We had a wonderful stay after our cruise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The hotel was very nice and I highly recommend it!

This is a 2 star property. My room needed upgrades in the bathroom fixtures 15 years ago. The shower didn't drain, the shower head wouldn't stay upright and the fixtures looked like they were from the 70's. This hotel was no where near a level for what I paid for a room. I will not go back.

Very pleasant and helpful staff from first encounter until checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

The my boys and I enjoy staying the location was only a few block away from the event , Breakfast was also great and the staff was great also

At first my room air conditioning wasn't working, but they fixed it fairly promptly. The ice machine on my floor was not working during my entire 5-day stay. My in-room coffee maker set up only included de-caffeinated coffee, and when I asked housekeeping for some regular, she said they didn't have any left. However, there was a complimentary coffee bar set up each morning for guests, but it was never refilled after the two dispensers ran out. I tried to get coffee there on three separate mornings at or before 8AM and couldn't because it was empty. Rooms facing downtown can be quite noisy at night. Overall, I would say the hotel was adequate, but certainly not pampering.

The location of the hotel is nice. However, when booking the room I was not told that the water would be off from 10:30 pm to 3:00 am every night. There was no refrigerator, the a/c never got as cold as it was set too and the ice machine was not working the second day. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious but the service was not up to par. The shuttle taking and picking us up was a great addition though. Also, my room was listed as a "riverview" when in fact it was a partial view because the majority of my view was a roof. All in all I would stay again because of the location and the shuttle. I just think there needs to be some improvements.

Very good except - the water temperature and pressure varied while taking a shower.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The check in process was less than impressive. There was only one valet attendant visible. Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am so sorry that you had to encounter the recent problem with our valet service. We had a very large group that drove in and most arrived at the same time. I do hope that you give us another chance to show you a great check in the next time your travels bring you to the downtown Tampa area.
