Rooms were not as nice as pictured, hot a balcony room ofthe river and ended up with a crappy unkept balcony of the street. Was supposed to get a 25$ credit for the restaurant and ended up with 125 extra chatge. If o k ew it was a hilton hotel i would of never stayed. Horrible

Decent hotel.

The room was clean. Only one elevator working which was frustrating. I ended up taking the stairs the entire time. Doors to the outside were almost always accessible for entry, even without a room key which felt unsafe. Check in and check out was fine. Friendly staff. Very noisy all night long, but I expected that being in the downtown area. Overall, no major issues. Adequate for a weekend stay.

I enjoyed the getaway. The views were beautiful from the riverside rooms. There was gluten-free options on the menu and the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable! I enjoyed the bicycle ride too safe pass safe lighting at night all in all I had a great time thank you

Property was clean, but needed updating. The one of two elevators was broken in the entire time during our stay. Staff and food were excellent but rooms facing the city were noisy all day and a good portion of the evening. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful Riverwalk view, and nice poolside amenities.

The street noise was so bad all night long. Cars, police sirens, fire trucks, ambulances made it impossible to fall and stay asleep. 1 of only 2 elevators was out of order our entire stay. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall. Tub was resurfaced and looks terrible. However, staff was very welcoming, valet couldn’t be better. Fast and courteous We won’t be back.

Our AC was leaking from ceiling into carpet. Carpet wet smelled awful. Two wedding so no available room to switch. Charge $ 25.00 amenity fee and no one told us. We spend so much money by pool & bar. Never did anyone tell us about it until check out.
