Lovely home close to ammenities.

House was clean and comfortable. Lots of seating for the 8 people it could accommodate easily. Lovely dog park in the same neighborhood. Nice people and pets there. Backyard fully fenced. Close to all anmenities. 20 min from Tampa airport, and downtown Tampa. 30 min to beaches.

floors, walls, ceilings fans, dishes not clean, air conditioner didn’t work, we talked to owner and he said he would talk to his cleaning company. We liked the area!

Good location (easy drive to airport, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and highways) and very nice owner made our stay very nice. Lot's of room for guests (can sleep 10 people in 3 bedrooms and on sofa beds). Garage is a huge plus as is the fenced in backyard.

Perfect!

Thi was so friendly and checked in making sure everything was okay and didn’t rush us out either! The house was great and fit us perfectly. It was for a girls trip, but would be so perfect for a family! I loved the coffee basket too! Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable stay

Even tho we only slept there and didn’t get to experience the fullness of the house because we were at a conference all day. We were very comfortable when we were there, and the owner had the house stock with different things that we could use.
