Horrible Experience it’s like a cheap motel it was disgusting
Looked like blood stains on the rug in the room. No napkins at breakfast, if you call waffle maker, toast and cereal “breakfast.” When I advised a worker, she gave me a bit of paper towel from a big roll saying that’s all they had and didn’t even leave it out for others to use.
This hotel needs updating, tub floor broken, sofa in the room needs replacing and the carpet in the hall ways super stained, computer in the lobby doesn't work, i was unable to print some important documents.
The tub was old & rusty. Other than that, perfect for over night stay &/or going to a concert
Property needs a refresh and pool cleaning
There was nothing to like. From the people with extended stay including a man there making his self be felt to the sticky rugs horrible Marijuana smell. Pool dirty door to balcony with no lock just filthy. Would definitely NOT COME BACK TO THIS PLACE
Our initial room had stains all over the carpeting and throughout the hallway outside our room. This was on the third floor. The room appeared dingy and dirty overall. The toilet in our room would not shut off and kept turning on and off. We informed the front desk staff who came to the room at 1:00 am and tried to fix it. He was unable to fix it and told us there was no other room available to switch us to. We tried to go to sleep, but then received a phone call from the front desk at around 1:45 am saying that he did have a room for us to change to. We packed up all of our stuff and moved to a room on the second floor. That floor appeared to be in better shape, and our room was better as well.
Staff was excellent! Kind and friendly. Hallway to our room had a horrific smell. Maybe cat urine. Inside our room the inside door jam was all smashed up. Inside of the bathroom door the door and wall had a great deal of water damage. My white socks were filthy from walking on the floor. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
It was ok. Just needs updating and clean up outside. Alot of cigarette butts in the front Staff was very kind and helpful!
We liked the proximity to the Florida Fairgrounds, directly across the street. We didn’t like the run down and dirty condition of the hotel, especially the bathroom in our room. The walls were dirty, especially around the toilet paper dispenser (gross!). The tub had dirty soap scum and what looks like cigarette burns on it. Our garage was never emptied, we had to ask for garbage bags. The breakfast was terrible, everyone complained.

As nice as the managers & staff are, I could never go back here. My room was so heavy of smoke that I felt choked as soon as I walked in. When I returned home, every item I had in my suitcase reeks of smoke. A complete dealbreaker. So thankful we only stayed one night. Very rundown hotel with few amenities & tiny bathroom. Needs a lot of cleaning, replacement items & upgrades. Expensive for how bad the place is.

Very musty smelling, the tub was rusty and mattress was very stained. Not at all what it was a couple years ago. Very sad to see what was a great place for us to stay for many years going down the drain. For 140.00 a night would never recommend it to anyone again. We were embarrassed to have had our friends staying here in another room. We had rooms 101 and 303 and one was no better than the other. 😞
