THIS PROPERTY IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN - NO PHONE TO CALL THE FRONT DESK IN THE ROOM - NO IRON - WAS DIRTY - MOLD ON THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM - STAIRCASE BROKEN - ONLY ONE ELEVATOR TO GO UP AND DOWN - IF THERE WAS AN EMERGENCY THERE WOULD BE NO WAY TO GET OUT. AND THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE REALLY BAD AND IT WAS NON SMOKING.
This place was accommodating to our needs. Would recommend.
Front desk did not answer phone just rang. Breakfast was good more selection of yogurts would be nice
i traveled from Atlanta, GA to my hometown of Sylmar, for my grandfather's funeral. I liked the late check in, and the room was clean. However I went to breakfast and the staff was so rude, as guest were preparing meals she walked over and started wiping the counter, she literally wiped my hands as I am preparing my meal. She did not even speak, let alone apologize. This was a bad experience. Never in my life has someone rudely cleaned around me and wiped my hands. I will not be returning. The front desk staff was great but the service staff was not. I will most likely not return.
The room smelled like cigarettes with air freshner sprayed to mask. headboard had hair oil in one area, that should have been cleaned. chair had large food stain in seating pad. I had to check out 5 minutes later. I won't be going back there.
Room was clean, breakfast was good. Shower pressure was terrible. Great location right off the freeway.

Cockroaches crawling across the floor while I’m getting ready for work is not the way to start the day. Reports to the staff went no where with a response of, “ok thank you”.
