I was put in a room directly across from the dining area. Ok, so I was prepared for early morning noise, no problem. What I was NOT prepared for was the group of really loud people in the lobby after midnight, even after I spoke to the front desk who said very unenthusiastically that they would ask the group to quiet down when I contacted them around 10:30pm

The hotel is great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The only issue was the room locking mechanism. The key card only worked part of the time. This was very frustrating because we could not get in the room and had to go to the front desk repeatedly for help. It really should be replaced.

My experience was relatively good except a small issue on first day because of lack shampoo and soap in my room. They took care of it the next day. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work. Thanks
