The property was kept up nicely, the staff was generally okay, but our 3rd floor hallway really reeked of a horrible odor the last night of our stay. Unfortunately, that is enough for us to re-consider staying at this location in the future.

A room was not ready at check in. Booked through Expedia. While waiting in lobby others with direct booking checked in immediately. TV' s in adjacent rooms blasted well past midnight. Subsided a bit after we started banging on walls. Upstairs (3rd floor occupants were banging around--very loudly--until 2 AM. However one desk person tried hard to be pleasant and supportive. Kudos to Grace.
