Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I stayed thankfully for only 2 days. Im confused as to why all the 10 star reviews as i was expecting a 10 star room in regards to cleanliness and breakfast. Checking in was good and the front desk staff was nice. Please note that they charge $10 per night charge for parking which i didn't know before booking. I go to my room and immediately when i opened the door, the room smelled stale and old as if it hadn't been touched. I know that the housekeepers are on a time schedule and do a half job. So i always pack cleaning material with me for occasions like this. I cleaned every nob and also the bathroom which had loose hairs on the floor and in the shower. All of which took about a quick 10 minutes and the room smelled completely clean. I unpacked and settled into the room and the toilet was backing up. The front desk sent someone and they were able to plunge it until it flushed properly. There were little black ants coming from the sink and onto the counter top that i had to deal with. There was a hole in the side of the wall that had an outlet around it to cover it. I felt like a camera could have been in there so i cover it with tissue. The remote to the tv would randomly push the wrong thing or wouldn't work at all. The walls were super thin. I could here the guy next door snoring extremely loud which kept me up. And the person above me was stomping every time they walked inside there room I'm guessing due to thin walls. The breakfast was not good. So much
