Went to concert. Shuttle dropped off at a certain spot and was told the shuttle would pick us up at same spot. Shuttle never came and had to walk back to hotel at 1 in the morning. Call the front asking where the shuttle was and he laughed and said it was at another location. Will not be back.

When arriving to the property my room was not available. Housekeeping didn’t have the room ready. This was after 4:00pm. Check in was at 3:00pm. The elevator closest to me room was not working. I had to use the stairs or the elevator on the opposite side of the property. I was on the 4th floor

Used this place for the first time for Morgan wallen concert. The shuttle service they offered for the guest to the event sounded great till we actually used it. From hotel to Levi was good but the nightmare began when we got picked up after the event. Staff told us they would pick us up at the drop off location and then we arrived along with several other guest. No one picked us up. Called a few times to the front desk and they assured me they were still operating the shuttle. So at this point I was waiting over and hour for a shuttle and called one last time. The guy at the front desk told us we were at the wrong location. Finally make our way to the “actual location” they said mention on the phone. Another hour goes by so I called again no answer. I got frustrated and ordered a Uber. Got to the hotel and the guy at the front desk said it was a mess of a night and offered a free water for our inconvenience. Will never use this hotel again

When I arrived room, the thermostat was not working for 1 hour. I have to inform the front desk twice. The bedsheet was dirty with yellow stains. The microwave is dirty.

Stayed here for a tournament at twin peaks sports complex. This hotel is like a 5min walk from the front entrance, great location. Continental breakfast was above average with fresh fruit (not just your typical apple and banana basket), good sausages and bacon too. Pool was nice and warm, plenty of shade too in the pool area and courtyard. Oh and there is a robot that brings you room service. We ordered from the restaurant and the robot brought our food to us. Pretty hilarious actually. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced as well. One downside is that this area has zero sidewalks. I understand Americans are against walking but you guys built a road for access to the hotel the size of a 4 lane highway and out in ZERO sidewalks. The only reason we didn’t have to walk on the road with traffic was because there are endless parking lots and they allowed us to access the fields without issue.
